Hwang In-beom was named the MVP of Serbia's professional football league

On the 30th (Korea Standard Time), Serbia's Super Liga announced the season's best 11 and season's best players on its SNS.

Although it does not reach this level in objective statistics with five goals and five assists, Hwang In-beom has been named the "Best Player" by his teammates along with the top scorer.

 

It was not the only one. As the two players received the same number of votes with six votes, the MVP was determined by objective score of the game. Hwang had a 6.66 rating, beating that of Saldanya (6.46 points).

Even the opponent team's defenders lavished praise on Hwang. FK Yavor Ivanica's captain, Nemanja Miletic, praised Hwang for his outstanding performance in the Derby, saying, "He dominated the league."

 

Hwang In-beom recorded six goals and seven assists in 35 matches and 2,611 minutes, including six as the player of the week this season. In particular, he scored one goal and one assist in the sixth group match of the UEFA Champions League against Manchester City, leading to his team's 2-3 defeat.
