You might want Eye Protection...
UV light may be extreme...
Betelgeuse is located in the constellation Orion, specifically marking the
consellation's right shoulder.
Distance: It is located approximately 548 light-years away from Earth.
Easily Visible:
Betelgeuse is one of the brightest stars in the sky, making it easy to spot even from light-polluted cities.
The Great Dimming:
In 2019, Betelgeuse experienced a significant dimming, which drew attention to the star and its variable nature.
Possible Companion Star:
Some studies suggest that Betelgeuse may have a smaller, unseen companion star.
Maybe it's a MicroNova...

Regarding Betelgeuse:
It's far away from us.
548 Light Years.
Whatever it's doing "today"
actually happened 548 years ago, in
the year 1477.
Funny, we have a King Charles (England) again...
and Russian colonial events are current, too.
Remember this:
Cosmic Rays travel
at the speed of light, too.
Cosmic Rays can influence our
Radio & Satellite Systems...
If they are too intense, they can harm
life on Earth
Our Sun can be influenced by massive Cosmic Rays, too, even though
the Particles won't get here for hundreds
of years.
X-Rays and Gamma Rays are Light.
They'll be here as soon as we SEE IT.
Could they make the Sun hiccup...?
Yep.
Huh.
click.
