Robert Zacca teaches management as an assistant professor at Alfaisal University in Saudi Arabia. He previously worked as an assistant professor at the University of the United Arab Emirates. He received his M.B.A. from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tulane University in New Orleans, and his Ph.D. in Management from the Cracow University of Economics in Poland. His current study examines management leadership and performance, determinants of innovative capabilities, and drivers and facilitators of innovative firms.
