Tai Chi is not easy to learn, nor is it something that can be learned quickly, but over the years and decades of practicing the Tai Chi form, you will feel the positive effects of this ancient skill. But no matter how important the physical and energetic effects are, you should know that Tai Chi also has a very positive effect on eliminating negative emotions from your consciousness and energy system, which we will talk about in the rest of this channeling.
 
Namely, speaking about the formation of trauma, we indicated that negative emotions like a dark cloud gather around the Developmental Consciousness of the Soul, and when they reach a certain level of energetic saturation, then they "condense" into a drop of negative energy/pain, which spontaneously pours out into one cell of the Developmental Consciousness of the Soul. As a result, due to the negative content of the trauma, which now has a negative impact on all other energy-consciousness cells that make up the Developmental Consciousness of the Soul, the consciousness of each person, the feeling of joy and satisfaction with oneself and life weakens in it.
 
Now, the practice of Tai Chi Chuan cannot heal an already formed trauma, but it can prevent its formation if the Tai Chi practitioner is in a pre-traumatic state of consciousness. This means that daily Tai Chi practice effectively "empty" the clouds of negative energies, thereby preventing them from reaching the level of necessary saturation with the energies of pain and suffering, which would lead to their "thickening" and the formation of trauma.
 
For this reason, if you have the means: inclination and interest, enough free time, an available Tai chi instructor, etc., you should master this useful skill. There are many Tai chi styles, and everyone will recommend the style he practice :).
