This is a triple Sherry cask single malt from the House of Lark that was initially aged in first-fill ex-Sherry casks from Lark's Coal River distillery. The spirit was then aged in Pedro XimÆ€™©nez and Oloroso Sherry casks for a very concentrated Sherry flavor. It has a wonderfully rich, sweet, and aromatic nose with hints of dried figs, glace orange slices, tiramisu, roasted hazelnuts, and chocolate-wrapped candied ginger.
