00Cedar is a 16-bit Turbo-Pascal Program by Chuck Darling.
Back in DC, about Ten Years ago, I was using 32bit FreePascal...
I found that 16 bit versions
ran faster than 32 bit native
code on Windows PC's
Windows 7 or 10 usually runs on 64bit PC's... They don't like
32bit compilers...
Download Dosbox, to run 00Cedar.exe
It will work on the Mac, too.{...android...}
