Energy or Psychic Vampires are people who, through their actions, steal the life energy of other people, causing them mental, emotional and physical disorders and illnesses.
Most people tend to perceive and interpret other people primarily psychologically, so those who make us feel satisfied with their behavior are perceived as "good," while those who do not, or who threaten us in some way, are perceived as "bad." However, psychological reactions are only the visible part, or better yet, the visible effect, of someone's personal energy.
Until now, human energy has been spoken of only as a by-product of the physical body, but energies are the cause and precede it in the scale of their origin; first the energy body is created, and after that the physical body is created. This is why it is necessary to become familiar with the basic understanding of the process by which people are robbed of their vital energy.
For example, if a person promises you something that you need and desire, you automatically direct and send mental and emotional energy to them. The greater your need, the more you direct to them a greater amount of mental-emotional energy, which they receive and bind to themselves on an energetic (unconscious) level. If this person deceives you and does not fulfill the promise, the very act of realizing that you have been deceived breaks the connection with that part of your energy that they have already integrated, and with it, strengthened and increased the Personal Power of their Ego. With the loss of energy, your Ego experiences pain, the strength of which corresponds to the amount of energy that was deceived.
This would be the simplest description of the Unconscious Energy Vampire.
“So what is the cause of this energy robbery and theft? ”
The reason is Ego.
Since he does not have and, by the nature of his being, cannot establish a direct connection with the source of energy, as you can, he is forced to renew and increase his vital energy by stealing it from other people.
By birth, you automatically already have a connection with your Soul, which is the best and inexhaustible source of all the vital energies you need. However, while living, you sometimes break this connection yourself, and sometimes it breaks due to the occurrence of trauma, which occurs due to painful experiences that you have been subjected to.
You weaken or break the connection with the Soul when you choose: insincerity, cunning, lies, envy, hatred, revenge, jealousy, greed... from a multitude of negative emotions. This is because the range of their vibrations is such, that they are a hindrance and a block to receiving the energies of the Soul, and as long as you identify yourself with your Ego, which is the source of almost everything negative, you more or less cut yourself off from the spiritual energies of your Soul.
The connection with the energies of the Soul can be disrupted by the occurrence of trauma, because a strong and prolonged painful experience creates a kind of negative energy block in the consciousness, which does not allow the energies of the Soul to fill your energy system. Therefore, in order to establish and maintain a pure connection with your Soul, it is not necessary to add something "from the outside", "rise" and the like, it is enough to cleanse yourself of negative emotions and pain, of various restraining beliefs and imposed programs that will gradually lead to the cessation of identification with your Ego.
As you progress in this process, you gradually establish an automatic connection with your Soul.
But let's get back to Energy Vampirism and Energy Vampires. There are basically two groups of Energy Vampires:
Psychological Energy Vampires (unconscious and conscious)
Parapsychological Energy Vampires (conscious)
Since it is impossible to describe all types of Energy Vampires, in this case we will present some of the most common types of Unconscious Energy Vampires.
UNCONSCIOUS ENERGY VAMPIRES
Emotional Energy Vampires
Brawler
These vampires steal the life energy of people by manipulating their emotional states. Since they are parasites, they are only able to use the energies of negative emotions, so joy, happiness and other positive emotions must first be transformed into negative energies such as anger, rage, hatred... so that the Emotional Vampire can accept them into his energy system at all, and to achieve this, he provokes a kind of deliberate provocation and quarrel in the victim.
In addition to turning the positive energy of the victim into negative energy, he also forced this agitated energy to be directed at him. When the Emotional Vampire intentionally hurts a person, her Ego automatically reacts with pain, anger and hatred, which it directs at the Emotional Vampire, which is his main goal. The more the victim hates him, naively thinking that he will succeed in hurting him and taking revenge on him, the more he directs her own energy at him, which weakens her and strengthens the energy vampire. While the attacked person decomposes over time, the vampire simply flourishes, and he can maintain this state for years, even decades, to his joy and benefit.
Seduction Energy Vampire
Hook
Although the Hook technique is used in some areas of life by men, it is most often used by female Seduction Vampires.
The Hook usually plays the role of a kind of helpless and easy prey who needs help and protection. This scenario is very effective because it triggers the man's innate instinct to conquer and protect, which she counts on. The Hook sends a series of silent signals to the victim, saying: "Oh, can't you see how fragile and scared I am, please help me", "Please take your time, let our relationship develop gradually " ... and so on.
When the victim gets on the Hook, to think about how the love story between them is developing, in the desire to help her overcome this bad state, he opens up in a psychoenergetic sense and directs a large amount of his energy at her.
Characteristically, this is a game of silent signals that takes place on an energetic level and in which only the two of them participate, while the rest of society is usually unable to notice that something is happening between them. Also an important rule is the complete exclusion of verbal communication, because in this way the Hook prevents the dissipation of the love/erotic tension that has arisen between them, that is, expresses or fails in its manifestation.
After a while, when Hook comes to the conclusion that she has connected and integrated into her energy system enough of the victim's energy, suddenly and "for no reason" she stops the attraction game, which causes pain and shock to the victim. Since this usually requires a lot of his energy, the victim tries to establish verbal communication and get an explanation of "what is happening to them?", but then Hook uses the "Excuse me, but who are you?" attitude, causing her to definitely cut off some of the victim's energy inputs and add them into her energy system.

The techniques described in the next section may be used unknowingly by most people, however, since Energy Vampires like the Brawlers and the Hook play a crucial role in successfully vampiring the victim's energy, we will establish them at the end of this chapter.
"Please", "I'm Sorry", "I Forgive You", "I'll Come"
These four words from the subheading above represent the words that are most difficult to pronounce.
Why?
It is easy to ask, apologize, forgive or go to someone you meet for the first time and with whom you do not have an established energetic relationship.
- "Please, could you give me the menu if you don't need it anymore ," you kindly ask the person at the next table in the restaurant.
- "Excuse me if I disturbed you with the phone call we just made ," you would probably ask a passenger in a train compartment.
- "Sir, it's okay, I forgive you for taking my parking space," you will say to your frightened fellow citizen.
- "Ma'am, please don't get up, I'll come to you," you turn to your friend's grandmother and go up to try the plum candy.
None of these statements harm you, on the contrary, they help you to treat people culturally and kindly. However, everything changes radically if the people with whom you are in conflict.
During an argument, the energetic tendrils that you both unconsciously point at each other collide and intertwine into a veritable tangle of your energies that you both remain connected to. The longer you argue, the more energy you put into and pump into this energetic connection, making it harder and harder for you to let go of it.
As long as you continue to hate and fight with each other, energetically you are both still in a dead end. Then, when one of you asks, apologizes, forgives or comes to the other person for the first time, he psychologically acknowledges their power and at the same time acknowledges his own defeat in the conflict, which on an energetic level automatically leads to the loss of all the energies he invested in the conflict.
So when you see someone feeling satisfied and powerful after finishing an argument victoriously, know that it is because he/she has just managed to pump an extra amount of energy into his/her own energy system, stolen from his/her defeated enemy.
Of all the Energy Vampire types, the Brawler and Hook types are especially adept at using these techniques, and with the necessary help from the Stalker, they lead them into cleverly designed life situations in which the victim is forced to beg, apologize, forgive, or come first.
Cruel Energy Vampires
The Offender
These vampires make up a significant group of energy vampires who feed on the energies of pain, suffering and fear, and most often include psychopaths, sadists and the like.
Unlike Emotional and Love Vampires, who steal life energy primarily through provocation, cunning and seduction, Cruel Vampires do so by torturing their victim.
The victim has been subjected to some form of psychological and/or physical abuse over a long period of time as the primary strategy for stealing her energy. In the process, the Cruel Vampire uses all the methods he needs to destroy her Ego and free will, which is the only thing that prevents him from stealing energy.
The Cruel Vampires perceive Egoland as a jungle in which there are two types of creatures: Hunters and Prey. The Hunters have achieved their status by developing the qualities of their Ego to the maximum, so they have managed to impose themselves and establish power over the rest of the majority, whom they perceive as Prey. This is why breaking the victim is always a gradual process, during which the Cruel Vampire enjoys every moment, reliving the atavistic feeling of satisfaction of an animal greedily tearing its prey. In order to maintain the status of a successful hunter, the Cruel Vampire often imagines himself as a victim, and his victim as a hunter. This, basically simple substitution technique, is often so successful that he spends his entire life as a Cruel Vampire, completely undetected.
However, if the victim has somehow managed to resist and escape his violence, then bring the Pursuers into play. As in the classic hunt, the role of the Pursuers is to tire and weaken the victim's attention by constantly stalking and pursuing, which leads to him becoming careless and falling into the Hunter's ambush.
The Pursuers are recruited from the ranks of the hunted, who justify their participation in the hunt for "just" reasons. Thus, the Pursuers from the ranks of the Prey pursue the prey with hatred and cruelty that often equals that of the Cruel Vampire himself, in the hopes of improving his status in society and becoming a Hunter.
Finally, let us mention one very important need of every offender, namely an alibi.
Alibi
In order to successfully present himself as a person who would not trample an ant, let alone commit some vile act, he occasionally performs "good deeds" that all his acquaintances "accidentally" find out about. Over time, in this way, the Offender acquires such a reputation and respect in society, that there is no doubt about his honesty and integrity.
These "good deeds," the reputation they win, and what comes of them, which in these parts is called "honesty and honor," constitute only the first part of the Alibi.
When there is a danger that the abuse will be discovered, then he stops there, completely changes his strategy and now begins to bombard the victim with "good deeds".
Just as it could not prevent the abuse in the past, the victim now cannot prevent the "good deeds" that the abuser performs through the Persecutors. In this way, the abuser sends the message to the victim that she is completely worthless as a person and that he thinks of her as something he can play with in any way that suits him at the moment.
At first glance, this strategy seems illogical, because if he wants to harm her, then why does he do good deeds to her?
The reason is simple.
In the first, "negative" phase of mental and physical violence, it traumatizes the victim and causes harm to him.
In the second, "positive" phase of abuse, he deals the final blow to the victim by killing the truth about the abuse.
As long as a person is aware that they are a victim and that there is an abuser on the other side, the person can somehow cope with the pain caused to them. However, when the abuser, through the "good deeds" he does to her through the Persecutors, steals and kills the truth about the abuse, the last pillar in her life breaks out: the abuser is kind, selfless, loves the victim and tries to help her, while the victim is weird and a little ungrateful, right?
While for the abuser this represents a phase of final victory, for the victim it represents in some way a "soul death" often followed by serious illnesses and self-destructive behavior.
At the same time, by combining deliberate "charity" and lies, the abuser drives the victim to a state where, over time, she begins to doubt herself and her own reasoning system, which is the abuser's primary goal. It is easier and more normal for the victim to believe that the abuse she suffered never happened because she cannot fathom that someone would lie so long and so persistently. At least, she would not.
The abuser is persistent in this game because he knows that it is only a matter of time before he manages to defeat the truth of the victim with his persistent lies and actions, because, unlike most people, his entire life is based on lies, deceit and crime, so he must not allow the slightest crack in this building at any cost. For him, the conflict with the victim is literally a life-and-death struggle, in which he already has previous experience, while the victim is faced with such a situation for the first time, so she is not at all sure what is happening to her and how she should react.
In this regard, it is very important to understand that Truth is not just a linguistic phrase that we use lightly, but it is one of the basic energies that the Developmental Consciousness of the Soul, that is you, is built of (the other two are Love and Freedom), and therefore if she allows him to "killing" the her truth, it has a devastating effect on the victim.
If the Offender succeeds, he/she provides himself/herself with a perfect alibi.
Energy Vampires Manipulators
Controller
When you meet him, the Controller treats you positively and with good intentions from the very beginning, so since you cannot find any fault in his actions, you think that he represents the friend you have been looking for all your life. During this time, he conducts a complete psychological analysis of your personality and, based on the identified shortcomings, desires and goals, weaves a web of influences around you and, like a true puppet master, pulls the strings of your personality.
At the same time, he makes moves with a calculation and composure worthy of the greatest chess masters, so due to his detailed thoughtfulness of all types of energy vampires, the Controller could only be classified as "intellectual".
The basic technique of every Controller is to create a situation in which you will feel like an Obliger towards him, in order to establish his own control and power over you. So he sometimes lets you know that he is the person who can solve most of your immediate problems, and if you don’t have problems, he will create them for you with the help of his colleagues, and that your life will be better, all you have to do is just let him help you. When you finally do this, for the first time you will be satisfied with what you have received, so it is natural to feel a certain gratitude towards him.
However, over time, you realize that the Controller has "bought" you this favor and that he is gradually putting more and more pressure on your Ego, establishing his power over you. However, at first glance, it seems that nothing has changed between the two of you, because he still treats you with good intentions, except that he regularly reminds you that you are in his debt, which begins to bother you. Over time, you realize that your relationship has changed significantly, and that you are no longer equal acquaintances and friends, but now it is a relationship between a superior and a subordinate person.
If, on the other hand, you try to break free from the debt grip that holds you back, you will be able to feel all the anger, hatred and cruelty that hides under the guise of sophistication. Although he fears physical violence as something beneath his intellectual level, the Controller will take revenge on you and hurt you in a way that often far exceeds the cruelty of the Abuser.
He considers you dishonest, because you have broken the agreement you made with him; by rendering a service he "bought" you for an indefinite period, and therefore you represent his disobedient and runaway property, which he must put in order.
If, on the other hand, you persist in breaking any connection with him, refusing and returning his "service" to him, even this will not save you from his wrath. Only when he has caused you great pain and harm will he leave you alone, believing that you do not deserve his further attention anyway.
Energy Vampires Examiners
Sneakers
As his main strategy, Sneakers uses questioning as a way to open you up psychologically (and energetically), and through casual conversation and communication, he learns all the important events in your life. At the same time, you still know almost nothing about him, and if you try, he will tell you a short lie that has nothing to do with his life. Thus, by keeping you in the dark, Sneakers establishes power over you and at the same time steals your life energy.
The main technique Sneakers uses to open up a victim is silence.
Normal communication between two people consists of talking to each other with periods of silence in between. Unlike these periods, which are natural during normal conversation, Sneakers creates psychological tension through silence, which forces the victim to speak first, and each time he does, he allows Sneakers to gain as much control over them as possible.
As far as energy is concerned, your aura is becoming more and more open, while his is completely closed, so there is no mutual exchange of energies, but it flows exclusively in one direction; from you, to him.
Energy Vampires-Pedophiles: "Uncle With Candy" and Some Aunt
Pedophilia, incest and energy vampirism
Although pedophilia and incest, as unnatural and illicit sexual interests directed at children, are most often viewed from this sexual point of view, one should not ignore the fact that they are, to a large extent consciously or not, aimed at energetic vampirism of child victims. Pedophilia and incest contain all the elements of classical energetic vampirism: seduction, intimidation, (sexual) violence, establishment of power and maintenance of control over the victim.
The main and long-term problem is that the Pedophile Energy Vampire, by the very act of violence and traumatization of the child victim, establishes an energetic connection with him, through which he can continue to exert a negative influence even if he is not physically present.
Energy Pedophilia and Energy Vampirism
Throughout human history, there have been cases where rulers, having reached old age, "treated" their health, vitality and longevity by sleeping with children or young virgins. In this way, they successfully extended their lives by several decades, and what consequences this had on the child victims, history has not recorded.
Even in modern society, energetic pedophilia sometimes occurs, which can be a conscious or unconscious phenomenon.
One of the common methods of energy vampirism of children is to put or even sleep with a child who is significantly, and approximately 50 years older than him, most often taking the "chair" position, where the child is inside.
Even though they are both wearing clothes or pajamas, and even though there is no sexual contact or even the thought of it would be offensive, this kind of physical intimacy automatically results in the absorption of energy from the child's energy system into the older person's energy system.
This is not a naive phenomenon at all, because the child's energy system is extremely sensitive, so a slightly stronger loss of energy can cause serious disorders and diseases.
Differences between pedophilia and incest, and energy pedophilia
There seem to be some differences between pedophilia and incest, on the one hand, and energetic pedophilia, on the other:
-> Unlike pedophilia, the victims of which can be children of both sexes, in energy pedophilia the victim is usually a child of the same sex, as well as an adult.
-> In pedophilia and incest, seduction or violence can be used, but in energy pedophilia, seduction is mainly used.
Energy Vampires
The Intruder
The Intruder is a type of Unconscious Energy Vampire that can make you jump out of your skin or even leave the area where you live with his boredom. As his name suggests, the Intruder is persistent and he doesn't know what the word "no" means, all of which is made easier by the fact that his victims are mostly the type of people who have a good word and an excuse for everyone. So he starts his game lightly and carefully, sending you small, harmless requests for help, at the same time he will try to do you a favor in order to strengthen the bond with you, making you an Obliger.
The relationship he builds with you can be twofold: extremely well-intentioned, or well-intentioned and at the same time slightly threatening, depending on how he has rated you on the ladder of power. What you initially experienced as a slight feeling of discomfort eventually develops into anxiety and even outright fear of his expected (and inevitable) arrival, because the Intruder gradually and persistently, annoyingly and imperceptibly destroys one by one the psychological (and energetic) defenses that serve you to keep your personal space intact.
Personal space is a physical area filled with your Life, Emotional and Mental Body, into which you allow only trusted people, those who are psychologically/energetically compatible with you, keeping everyone else away from it, at a distance.
Thus, constant irritation very quickly breaks down your psychoenergetic barriers based on free will, leaving you completely open and vulnerable, which the Intruder exploits by deliberately projecting his Personal Power onto your unprotected energy system, further harming you. Your attempts to let him know that he is unwelcome are very skillfully avoided, giving you no reason to stop hanging out. When you finally decide to directly ask him to spare you his presence for a while, you are unlikely to have much more success.
You will find that your fear of offending him by doing so was completely unfounded, because your request will be met with the dismissive sneers of a parent who has grown accustomed to the occasional pranks of children. Tired of it all, like so many before you, you will probably wonder what you have done wrong in your life to be punished by his presence?
Your guilt is clearly visible: you radiate genuine goodwill, forgiveness and an unconscious desire to lovingly, at least a little, heal the wounds of this planet. From his point of view, this is already a serious guilt.
Vicious
As the name suggests, this type of Unconscious Energy Vampire perceives other people exclusively negatively, thus justifying strong negativity towards themselves. Most often, this is a sociable, insightful and self-confident person whose attitude towards other people is seemingly well-intentioned, but this is just a mask that serves the Vicious to open up the victim psychologically (and energetically).
That's why, during conversations with the general, she quickly moves on to topics in which she is better and more successful than your mutual acquaintances, citing plenty of evidence: their quarrels, divorces, illnesses, poverty, failures... which, of course, bypasses her. But if you think that this is where it all ends, you are mistaken, because this is just psychological preparation, after which you end up on the menu.
Everything she has achieved in life and you haven't, everything she has and you don't, will be thrown in your face with a smile, while all your successes and achievements will be devalued and thrown into the dirt. In a sweet and kind manner, never crossing the line of hostility (because she will need you next time too), she will cruelly insult and humiliate you.
Simultaneously with the psychological attack, an energetic attack will be carried out, aimed at your Plexus chakra. The Vicius has a very strong energetic tentacle that pierces the protective membrane of the Plexus chakra, attaches itself to its interior and sucks out your life energy. Therefore, after an encounter with it, it may happen that you feel sick and in a bad mood for several days with a strong desire to cry, as a consequence of the theft of your life energy.
To protect yourself from her, the next time she talks to you or whatever she asks you, do not answer her, do not look her in the eyes and cross your arms, placing your palms under your armpits, preventing the energy from flowing through your fingers, covering your chakra plexus with your forearms so that she cannot cling to it.
Since this is a dangerous person who cannot be easily driven away, you may be subjected to an outburst of anger and hatred and even physical attack. In this case, step aside a little and be sure to report it to the police station in the area where the Vicious lives.
You should know that it is not easy to break up with her, but when you see the benefits it brings, it is worth the effort.
Psychological Types of Self-Defence from Unconciousness Energy Vampires
It is worth mentioning once again the little-known fact that our psychological reactions are not only reactions to psychological impulses emanating from other people, but also represent a conscious expression of unconscious energetic processes that are constantly taking place among people. Since, due to the low level of development of consciousness at which humanity currently finds itself, we are unable to perceive our own energies and the energies of the people with whom we come into contact, we experience them on the level that is accessible to us - as psychological reactions of the Ego.
Self-defense
As a successful defense against Unconscious Energy Vampires, a very effective advice was given in James Redfield's book "The Celestine Prophecy". When you feel and realize that a person is using one of the psychological manipulation techniques in order to establish power over you and deprive you of vital energy, openly resist it.
Tell her, "Are you trying to intimidate me?", "Are you trying to exert power over me?" or anything else that you perceive as an attack and a threat to your integrity. This kind of open confrontation fundamentally disrupts the web of psychological manipulation that the vampire uses to exert power over you.
Telephone harassment, which is often used by energy vampires, is not naive and can significantly damage your energy system. In this case, do not answer calls without a number, and an additional problem is that if the harassment comes from a number with caller ID, the police will not respond (depending on the country of residence) even in cases where you are not threatened with death, which energy vampires never do directly.
So report the harassment to your phone provider, who will send him a notification that his calls are being tracked and send him a warning to disconnect the number from the network if he calls you again. If his call is coming from another provider's network, he will forward the request to them.
If all this does not work due to the lack of relevance of the operator, as inconvenient as it may be, sometimes you call your phone stalker, excluding your identification. Once you have a relationship, do not say anything, do not hate him or send him mental orders to stop stalking you, but confront him with one of his techniques - silence.
Never let this self-defense "harassment" last longer than 5-6 seconds per call and do not pester him more times than he pesters you, even though you may feel the need to do so.
Physical harassment is much more dangerous because direct physical contact, due to direct penetration of the aura, facilitates energy vampirism. This is especially dangerous when Hunters are activated, which can cause serious energetic damage to your aura.
An additional problem is that you have no "physical evidence" that the stalking is happening at all: Stalkers almost never threaten you directly, but always make ambiguous remarks and comments, sometimes frown, often act politely, while often simply shutting up in your presence.
What happens on an energetic level is completely opposite to their false appearance, because they are projecting their hate energy onto you, and since there are a large number of people who do this every day, they are seriously damaging your auric membrane and energetic system.
With each subsequent visit, they literally fill up with your energy and become stronger, while your health deteriorates.
An effective defense against these attacks is to photograph them. Use your mobile camera or one of the cheap cameras and you will be surprised at how successful this self-defense technique is. Taking photos will certainly upset them and make them react violently about it, for which they have no reason, because the current law does not protect you from it (regardless of the country of residence). Insist on your right to engage in artistic photography of fellow citizens with whom you come into contact, and if it bothers them, allow them to avoid the lens of your camera and you.
CONSCIOUSE ENERGY VAMPIRES
Conscious Energy Vampires are people who are fully versed in the process of energy vampirism, using specific techniques for this, while their training is carried out under the guidance and supervision of the "teacher" of the group they belong to. Unlike Unconscious Energy Vampires, whose effects can be half-hearted, Conscious Energy Vampires achieve almost 100% success due to their understanding of the entire process and knowledge of energy vampire techniques, which are mainly based on psychokinesis.
The person who is chosen as a victim is usually unable to understand and explain to herself what is happening to her and what she is being subjected to. She is only aware of the enormous pain and some evil force that is pressing on her and destroying her psyche, sucking out her life energy. If she tries to explain what is happening to her and asks her friends for help, she will be met with distrust and a thinly hidden doubt about her mental health, which will leave her alone and leave her to the mercy of the vampires. Many Conscious Energy Vampires do not spare the victim, but destroy her energy system to such an extent that they often drive her to insanity and suicide.
The latter does not happen by chance, because when the victim commits suicide, the Vampire of Conscious Energy, who has already bound himself, is already "exploiting" and not just a small part of the energy, if the victim remains alive and "damaged"
There are three main types of conscious energy vampires.
- Psychokinetic Vampires (acting during direct contact, but also at a distance)
- Etheric Energy Vampires (out-of-body experience)
- Astral Vampires (projection onto the lower Emotional plane)
Psychokinetic Energy Vampires
The basis of every Psychokinetic Vampire is the Personal Power of the Ego, and every time it increases the energetic potential of its Personal Power, its Psychokinetic Power increases simultaneously. We could describe psychokinesis as "the ability of a person to gather their life energy and mentally direct it to a specific person, thing or idea in order to achieve some change and work on it."
Uri Geller uses this power to bend a spoon, while it serves the Psychokinetic Vampire to break the victim's aura shell and free will in a simple and effective way. Unlike the psychological manipulation of the Unconscious Energy Vampires, this is a faster and "cleaner" way of energy vampirism, the strength of which increases with each new appropriation of the victim's energies. Over time, the Psychokinetic Vampire turns into a kind of energetic black hole, which by its very presence takes away the energy of those present.
For this type of energy vampirism, physical presence and visual contact with the victim are crucial, and is popularly known as the "evil eye".
Etheric Vampires
This type of vampire accomplishes its effect by projecting consciousness beyond the physical body, into the Etheric (Life) level of the Physical Plane. The Etheric attack occurs while you are awake, and especially while falling asleep or waking up, when you are still "neither in heaven nor on earth", which facilitates the actions of the Ethereal Vampire.
If you happen to feel (sensitive people may) that you are under etheric attack on your energy system, immediately do a meditation to strengthen your aura, if you already have a Soul connection, simply ask for the energies of Unconditional Love to fill your energy system, which will automatically result in the attacks on you stopping.
If an Etheric attack occurs while falling asleep or waking up, as soon as you feel the first symptoms of an attack, assume the fetal position, clasping your hands around your knees, and say: "I repel all vampire attacks."
Astral Vampires
This type of vampire realizes its effect by projecting consciousness beyond the physical body, to the Lower Emotional (Astral) Plane. The Astral attack occurs during sleep on the Astral plane, when you are fully conscious. Therefore, in this case, there is much less danger for you, because if you have no other way out, you will simply escape to your physical body and wake up, which will automatically interrupt the negative effect of the Astral Vampire's attack.
PREVENTIVE SELF-DEFENSE FROM ETHERIC VAMPIRES
When we talk about etheric attack, in addition to meditating for protection while awake and getting into the fetal position with your hands around your knees, there is a procedure that can greatly help prevent an etheric vampire from hanging on to your chakras.
For Etheric Vampires, the easiest way to connect and penetrate the energy system of the victim is the Plexus chakra. To avoid etheric (or psychic) vampires from attaching to your Plexus chakra, a procedure that will strengthen its protective shell and heal it if it is already damaged can help. This procedure is especially important for people who do not meditate and therefore cannot improve and heal the disorders of their energy system. This healing assistance will be provided by your Soul.

Depending on how strong your connection to the Soul is, i.e. how far you have progressed in the process of consciousness development, you may be tempted to defend yourself against an attack that temporarily or permanently reintegrates your Ego (" You see that you cannot do without me !"), which ultimately puts you back on the path of the Ego. If, on the other hand, you decide to continue to submit to the guidance of the Soul, then the refusal to defend yourself naturally arises as your response to the attack.
Yes, don't defend yourself at all.
This will definitely be a painful and unpleasant experience for you, and you will probably feel like a rabbit in the jaws of an angry pit bull. You may almost completely lose connection with the Soul, feel pain in organs and various parts of the body, insomnia, loss of energy… it all depends on the type and severity of the attack. But, despite everything, maintain a position of disinterested present and let the events take their course.
What is the essence of such type of protection?
By not defending yourself and by taking the position of the disinterested present, you avoid an attack on you that develops into a conflict between his Ego and yours (as a result of which your Ego will certainly be defeated), but now it is a conflict between the Ego of the magician on the one hand, and your Soul and the Universe on the other. You, on the other hand, are simply not interested in this whole story.
Therefore, if you feel that you are under attack, simply ask your Soul or the Spiritual Energies of the Universe to fill you with their energies, and you will immediately feel relief and stop the attack. If you have established a connection with the Soul, it is enough to simply think or say the request to yourself, otherwise - if you have not re-established the connection with your own Soul, you can pray all day and nothing will happen. Your request is necessary because the Soul cannot help you without it, because it would violate your Free Will, which does not even exist as a possibility in consciousness from the Spiritual Plane.
It is impossible to know what consequences an attack on your Soul, and through it on the Universe, will have on the magician, and they will differ from case to case, but this is not your problem.
