Bloomberry Develops Third Solaire Resort In Cabite, Philippines

Casino operator Bloomberry Resorts Corporation, owned by casino mogul Enrique Rajon, announced the development of its third integrated Solaire Resort project at the same time as the launch of Solaire Resort North in Quezon City, Philippines, scheduled for early next year. According to Pilstar's report, the third integrated Solaire Resort will be developed in the Paniman area of Cabite.

Third casino development:

Bloomberry confirmed in a filing with the Philippine Stock Exchange that the so-called Paniman project for the country's third casino will begin once the development of Solaire Resort North is completed, and confirmed after the casino resort closed its financial work to acquire Cabite's property.

The companies have reached an agreement to allow SPC to purchase about 2.8 million square meters of land in the Paniman area of Kabite, Kabite, by the end of 2022, with a total SPC spending of 1.6 million pounds ($714 million).

Responding to the announcement, Bloomberg said, "SPC plans to develop Paniman Properties into an integrated resort and entertainment complex with global casino, hotel, golf course, commercial, residential and mixed-use development. The development of the Paniman project is expected to begin after Solaire Resort North of Vertis North, Quezon City, starts commercial operations," it said

New Project Justification:

Billionaire Razon's Bloomberg Resorts Corporation owns and operates Paranaque's Solaire and Korea's Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino through its vertical and subsidiaries, and will soon add Quezon City's Solaire Resort North to its portfolio. Currently, the company is strengthening the construction of the resort. "We are excited to launch this new service by Q1 2024," Razon said.

The recent announcement that it will develop a third Solaire resort in the Philippines within the scope of the Paniman project could be based on the fact that Bloomberg is eager to regain profitability last year and start for the $5.1 billion ($80 million) loss that occurred in 2021. Indeed, the company reported a net profit of $38.9 billion (US$71 million) in 2022, nearly double the previous year, and can now capitalize on positive market trends to create new opportunities the fastest to market and new development opportunities.

Finally, the fact that Solaire Resort generated 81% more revenue of P50.1 ($91 million) than in 2021 validates the announced development.  바카라사이트
