Fire breath sighed as he grabbed the tablet from within his cavern. His webbed talons making it a little hard to hold it.”Fire breath hurry we don’t have much time left!”,A sudden voice came from the outside. Fire breath immediately recognized the voice.”Puff?!”,Fire breath said.”Why aren’t you training them.”,Fire breath said.”Because we have to let them go down to earth. You-know-who is coming.”,Puff said as she extended her wings.”There too young and not strong enough. They haven’t even gotten full control of their-“,Fire breath said yet was cut off by Puff.”It will be worst if Scale Hunter catches them first!”,Puff excalimied, smoke rising from her snout. Puff then said:”Look, we can't continue arguing. There here…”

Naturewatcher gulped as he flew down to Cavernlight Isle, the biggest isle in The Floating Isles of the Secret Kingdom. Naturewatcher gulped.”What if I mess up? Oh no no what if this is an important training session that will determine how valuable our powers are. Why else would he call it now? It’s not supposed to start in two weeks. TWO WEEKS!”,Naturewatcher thought as he breathed heavily, he clutched his chest. As he looked up he saw it. Fire breath and Puff. There mentors.

Ruby looked around as Sunny flew by her side.”What if something goes wrong?”,Sunny said nervously. Ruby looked at her.”Don’t worry you’ll be safe ok?”,Ruby said calmly. Sunny gulped.”Ok…if you say so.”,Sunny said as she clutched Ruby's wing. She then flew down to where Fire breath and Puff were.”Time to prove myself”,Ruby thought.

Naiad gracefully flew down and let out a long sigh.”Another training day.”,Naiad thought. She looked around as she saw dragons like one named Ruby by her side. She then looked at their mentor Fire breath as he clutched a stone tablet with mysterious markings.”Hmm I haven’t seen that before. Maybe the lessons about the stone tablet?”,Naiad asked herself as she stared at the stone tablet.

Frost sighed as they looked around.”Great this again.”,Frost thought as smoke rose from their snout.”Hi there! You must be Frost. We haven’t met properly. My names Cyber and my power is tech!”,Cyber said. Frost looked at the dragon. Cyber was a rusty gray with specks of blue and light green.”And who asked?”,Frost said.”Oh you must be a grumpy type. I heard you go by the pronouns they/them right?”,Cyber asked with a cheerful expression.”Uhm yeah?”,Frost said as they moved away from the weird dragon.”Oh I got to go! Fire breath is starting the lesson!”,Cyber said as she skipped away. Frost sighed.”What an idiot.”,Frost thought as they looked forward to Fire breath to see what the lesson was today. Suddenly a strange tablet caught their eye.”Interesting.”,Frost thought.

Henge gulped as he looked around keeping his talons to himself.”Relax you got this!”,Nebula, his friend who decided to tag along, said as she gave him a soft yet encouraging nudge.”I hope so.”,Henge muttered under his breath.”Attention everyone I have an important announcement to make-“,Fire breath said yet he was immediately cut off by a loud rumbling. Cracks started to form in Cavernlight Isle as the dragons cast worried glances to each other. Portals appeared out of the sky as shadowy dragons came out of them, their eyes gleaming with hunger. Fire breath clicked on the stone tablet and a whirlwind of colors appeared.”You must go to earth. Now!”,Fire breath said as the shadowy dragons flew closer with every wing beat. One by one dragons went into the portal except for Naiad and Henge.”Nebula!”,Henge said as Nebula was surrounded by three of the shadow dragons. Puff then flew beside her, letting out scorching flames. Puff then let out a roar that seemed to echo throughout Skyhaven. As Henge ran to them, Fire breath blocked his path.”Go Henge. She’ll be fine.”,Fire breath said yet there was a gleam of uncertainty in his eyes. As Henge prepared to run past Fire breath, Fire breath then whipped his tail at Henge causing him to leap into the portal. The last thing he saw was shadowy dragons surrounding the only things he had left.
