The world poker tour, which has just begun another hugely successful tour of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, returns for the first event of WPT's season XX in January with the Lucky Hearts Poker Open.
The WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open runs from Jan. 13 to Jan. 26, offering a $3,500 buy-in championship event and a $2 million guaranteed pool. This is LHPO's seventh stop on the WPT main tour. The 2021 event signals the return of the world poker tour, with Ilias Muradi topping the 1,573 entry field, earning $620,000 and carving his name to the Mike Sexton WPT Champions Cup.

On Wednesday, Gediminas Uselis won the WPT Seminole Rock 'N' Roll Poker Open after passing 1,566 entries, which turned out to be the largest ever. The five biggest live fields in the history of the WPT Main Tour all come from events in Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood. In April, Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown attracted a record 2,482 entries.
