A series of finned aluminum casting could be attached to the sheath of the tubular heater, the effective heat radiating surface is increased several hundred times then, and the possiblity of accidental burns is reduced.

Features

  • Finned tubular heater is commonly used in process gas and air applications, it allows increased watt density and lower operation temperatures than non-finned tubular heaters. The temperature range is up to 649℃(1200℉,watt density range is up to 12.4W/ c㎡(80W/in^2)

  • Fin Materials and Attachment Method:Steel & 304 SS, Steel wound with copper wire between fins for oven brazing to  Stainless steel is mechanically wound but can be oven brazed as an option if a bright annealing atmosphere is used.
