My name is Esther Tambe Nutrition and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). As a Black Dietitian, I am passionate about helping the black community live their best lives through nutrition. I am excited to share my knowledge with you through this series of articles. Nutrition is a complex topic, but I will do my best to make it easy to understand.

 

Esther Tambe Nutrition is a registered dietitian nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator in private practice and half of the Food Heaven Made Easy duo. Ayana is a macrosocial worker, nutrition therapist, and certified intuitive eating counsellor. She is the founder of Truly Real Nutrition, LLC, a private nutrition practice dedicated to assisting people in making peace with food and their bodies by promoting collective healing from trauma, rejection, and body oppression. Ayana is dedicated to raising awareness in Black communities about intuitive eating and weight-inclusive philosophies.

Ayana is known for breaking down intuitive eating principles and understanding some of the systemic challenges and objections that Black people may face when it comes to food and body.
