Won Sang-hyun, who was nominated for the first round, said, "I'm really happy to join the strong team KT. I dreamed of becoming a starting pitcher while watching KT So Hyung-joon, and I'm excited to be with him as a teammate and a senior and a junior. "I will try to lead the future KT starters with So Hyung-joon," he said.

KT manager Lee Kang-chul also said of Won Sang-hyun, "I don't think there's anything to teach. He said, "I'm not bad at height," adding, "I just want you to gain strength." It looked dry. You'll know when you see it in person, but the balance of throwing is good and the breaking ball is good. "I just want to gain weight and add strength," he said.

Yuk Cheong-myung, who was nominated for the second round, said, "I'm happy to advance to the professional stage that I've dreamed of," adding, "I'll be a player who can contribute to the team with pride as I'm a member of the strong KBO team."
