  • Photos/images you upload, prompts/preferences (e.g., style, size/fit notes), and generated outputs.

D. App & Device Data (diagnostics and security)

 

 

  • Device model, OS version, App version, language, country/region, IP address (for security and fraud prevention), crash logs, and performance metrics.

4) Do we use your content to train AI models?

 

 

By default, no. We do not use your photos, prompts, or outputs to train our or third-party models unless you opt in via an in-app setting or explicit prompt. If you opt in, you can opt out at any time; opting out stops future training use (it may not remove data already incorporated into model training, where applicable).

 


 

 

5) How long we keep data (Retention)

 

 

  • Account & subscription data: kept while your account is active and for up to 6 years afterward to meet legal/accounting requirements.

  • User content (photos, prompts, outputs): stored to provide your library/history. If you delete content or your account, we remove it from active systems; routine backups may persist for up to 30–90 days before automatic purge.

  • Diagnostics & logs: typically 12–24 months (shorter where feasible).

 

 

We keep data longer only if required by law or to resolve disputes.

 


 

 

6) How we share data

 

 

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

 

  • Apple (App Store / IAP): to validate purchases and manage subscriptions.

  • Cloud & processing providers: secure hosting, image processing, storage, email delivery, analytics/crash reporting (processors acting on our instructions).

  • Professional advisors & authorities: if required by law, to protect rights, safety, and security.

 

 

We require processors to protect data, use it only for our instructions, and delete it after providing their services. An up-to-date list of processor categories is available on request.

 


 

 

7) International transfers

 

 

If data is transferred outside your country (including from the EEA/UK to other countries), we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and implement additional measures where needed. You can request more information at the contact email above.

 


 

 

8) Security

 

 

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and auditing. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep your device updated.

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined by CPRA (i.e., for cross-context behavioral advertising). You have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information (where applicable). To exercise rights, use the methods above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

 

 

B. EEA/UK

 

 

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK or your EU data protection authority). Contact us first and we’ll try to resolve your concern quickly.

 


 

 

11) Children’s privacy

 

 

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country, up to 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

 


 

 

12) Account and data deletion (App Store requirement)

 

 

If the App allows account creation, you can delete your account at any time: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This starts removal of personal data from active systems, subject to legal retention obligations and routine backup windows (see Retention). If you cannot access the in-app option, email egor.besarabm@gmail.com from your registered email.

 


 

 

13) Cookies, identifiers & tracking

 

 

  • We do not use third-party advertising SDKs for cross-app tracking.

  • If we ever implement features that require Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT), we will first request your permission via the system prompt and respect your choice.

  • We may use device identifiers and analytics strictly for App functionality, security, and measurement.
