Woman found shot, killed inside Kansas City, Kansas home
KANSAS CITY, KS (KCTV) -- A woman was found dead inside of a home Wednesday evening. Officers were called shortly after 8:30 p.m. to the 1700 block of Short Avenue on a shooting call. When they arrived on scene, the discovered a women in her late 30s dead for apparent gunshot wounds. Her name has not been released. Woman Found Shot, Killed Inside Kansas City | There was a woman who was found dead inside her home. The crime took place at 1700 block of Short Avenue, a residential block just off of N. 18th Street. Police officers immediately responded to the shooting call. When they arrived, the woman who was in her late 30s was already dead. The case has already been transferred to their Criminal Investigation Division. As of the moment, there were no information given as to the nature of the shooting or any potential suspects. The Kansas City Police Department is asking anyone to help in the immediate solving of the case.

But due to a freak accident that happened in 2016, four attractions of the park remained closed, and in 2019, was purchased by the owners of Worlds of Fun along with two other parks under the same franchise.
