The essence underlying it is Projection and Identification, which are two fundamental processes of manifestation of every Ego.
Namely, Oliver, the life of the Ego is too "tight" to express ourself in this way, which means that the possibilities for the manifestation of its consciousness are very limited. Since the Ego does not have any identifiable and stable structure in the organizational and structural sense, it, the Ego, is "forced" to identify itself with everything it comes into contact with, in order to express itself in this way. This identification allows it to draw energy from the people with whom it identifies itself, that is, from their psycho-emotional manifestations and reactions.
This is why the Ego constantly tries to identify itself with the psycho-emotional reactions or attitudes of the person who reacts on a semi-conscious level, which in itself cannot function for long. But since the Ego tries to increase its influence primarily on the person in whose aura it is located, but also on everyone with whom it comes into contact, such activity is for it a source of constant tension and "nervousness", if this term can be applied to it.
So, to free yourself from the actions of your Ego, that is, the identification it makes spontaneously, you need to stop projecting yourself onto everything that attracts you during contact with other people. However, such "depersonalization", which in this case is a term for separation from own Ego, is a complex process that takes quite a long time. An additional problem is that there is no "methodology" for the process of depersonalization, that is, separation from the Ego.
Soul Meditation as a successful approach to Ego depersonalization is too rare, that is, it is practiced by a small number of meditators. The advantage they receive in the process of Ego depersonalization is great, which at the same time does not mean that these meditators will be able to reach the level of Enlightenment. But, nevertheless, the benefit they receive in the process, the benefit in terms of the development of their spiritual consciousness, is great and is a necessary and significant step in their life-incarnations.
If we were to return to the thought from the very beginning of this channeling, we could conclude that identification is a spontaneous and automatic process, that is, it escapes the attention of the person who performs it.
