Many who read the channelings from the site you are on now, find it difficult to accept the concept of the development of consciousness, which does not include control over the body and consciousness during meditation, as well as the obligatory erasing of thoughts. The reason for this is almost a century of propaganda of techniques, the sole purpose of which is to develop the magical properties of consciousness, but only for those who have an innate predisposition to this: the ability to psychokinesis, eidetic abilities and the like.
Everyone else will try to make some progress in the development of consciousness, experience some response from spiritual consciousness, or activate some spiritual power such as the Inner Eye, but all this is unfortunately unsuccessful. During these sessions, a particular difficulty for all meditators is the necessary erasure of thoughts, because this is one of the most important prerequisites for achieving spiritual states of consciousness. Since this problem is quite common, we will try to clear it up as follows:
In advanced stages of consciousness development, say after Enlightenment, before you start the meditation, you will look at the clock, which shows, say, 15:00 hours, and then you will start with the first, then the second, then the third and end with the fourth meditation. During these four meditations, thoughts and emotions were very active, while you were fully aware of the environment in which you are and all sensory impressions: the sound of rain on the roof, the conversation of passers-by, the sounds of traffic, the smell and temperature, and you estimate that each of the four meditations lasted between 15 and 20 minutes. This means, dear spiritual seekers, that during the four meditations the content of the thinking, emotional and sensory parts of your consciousness totaled an hour or an hour and twenty minutes. Then you look at your watch again and see that it is 19:00, which means you have spent a total of four hours in meditation.
Therefore, it is easy to calculate that you are missing two hours and forty minutes, which represents the period of your consciousness being in states of vibration of spiritual consciousness.
You know, dear spiritual seekers, that time exists exclusively on the Physical plane, while for the other thirty-three planes of action time does not exist. The most obvious evidence of this is dreams, which are memories of events experienced during your stay on the Emotional Plane, and which in their content disproportionately exceed the duration of the period of sleep measured by the time of the physical plane.
Now, while in states of spiritual consciousness, since time does not exist at all and this is the level of vibration of the Spiritual plane, periods without thoughts, emotions and sensory impressions have a much longer duration than during a state of ordinary, non-meditative consciousness(a few seconds). For this reason, out of four hours spent in meditation, you "skip" two hours and forty minutes, because during this period your consciousness was in a state of vibration of spiritual consciousness.
After completing the meditation, due to the vibrations of the physical plane, the level of vibration of your consciousness (expressed in Hertz frequencies) is lower than the state of the above four meditations by an amount of, say, from 0.001 to 0.1 Hertz, in terms of reducing the vibrations of consciousness from 7.00 to 0.15 Hertz. Thus, from meditation to meditation, the consciousness of the meditator vibrates with increasingly lower vibrations (expressed in Hertzian frequencies), which is the result of the spontaneous materialization of spiritual states of consciousness experienced during meditation.
Since you are embodied in the physical body of an individual of the half-animal species Homo sapiens and residing on the Physical plane of planet Earth, parts of your consciousness are still functioning in the field of mental, emotional and sensory impulses and reactions, but with the characteristics of the level of vibration achieved your spiritual consciousness, which is very different from your mental, emotional and sensory impulses and reactions of people that are not related to the process of development of consciousness.
From all this we can conclude that to impose thought erasure on meditators as a precondition for progress in the development of consciousness and eventual entry into Enlightenment, is a reflection of ignorance of the nature of consciousness, lack of personal experience of the state of spiritual consciousness or malicious intent. To avoid years and decades spent trying unsuccessfully to erase thoughts, we hope that in some way the channeling we are just finishing, will help you.
We welcome you, Children of the Earth, wish you all the best and want you to do good to others.
Yours Oliver
