The First 10 Days of Dhul Hijjah.

Just as the last ten nights of the holy month of Ramadan are the best ten nights out of the Islamic year, the first ten days of the holy month of Dhul-Hijjah are the best days of the Islamic year. These initial days of the last month of the Islamic year are most beloved to Allah for a variety of reasons. That’s why they carry expectational spiritual significance in Islam. Millions of Muslims travel through their Hajj Packages 2022 UK for the rituals of the obligatory pilgrimage during this time as well.
Here’s a brief description of the first 10 days of Dhul-Hijjah.

Hajj Pilgrimage.
The performance of the hajj pilgrimage is the most significant thing that happens in the first ten days of Dhu-al-Hijjah. Nearly four million pilgrims arrive annually for it in Makkah and commence the holy rituals of Hajj from the 8th of Dhu-al-Hijjah. It’s one of the best deeds that gets performed during this holy month.

Eid-al-Adha.
Eid-al-Adha is celebrated on the 10th of Dhul Hijjah by Muslims across the globe. On this Eid, Muslims slaughter animals in the remembrance of the great sunnah of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS). Hundreds of thousands of Cows, Camels, sheep, goats, etc. are sacrificed acorns the globe and their meat is distrusted among three equal parts;
•    For the relatives,
•    For the needy and poor.
•    For oneself.
Attending Eid prayers is one of the greatest Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW). Since Eid is a time of joy and happiness for everyone, we should never forget to meet and include all of our Muslim brothers and sisters who may not be as fortunate to have enough to enjoy this blessed occasion.

Nahar.
For pilgrims of Hajj, animal sacrifice is also carried out by them in the form of the Nahar ritual. Otherwise, their Hajj is incomplete.

Fasting.
Fasting for the nine days of Dhul Hijjah, especially on the Day of Arafah, is a highly rewarding thing to do. It was narrated by Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) that, Fasting the Day of Arafah i.e., ninth of Dhul-Hijjah is an expiation for all the sins of the previous year as well as an expiation for all the sins of the coming year.

Dhikr.
It is advised for Muslims that they recite as much Dhikr as they possibly can during the first ten days of Dhu-al-Hijjah, whether they are on the hajj pilgrimage or not. It was narrated by Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) that, there are no days on which good deeds are greater or more beloved to Allah than on these ten days of Dhul Hijjah. Therefore, recite Tahleel, Takbeer, and Tahmeed extensively during this time.
In addition, it’s also recommended for the believers to do recitation of the Holy Quran, stand in the night prayers (Tahajjud), and perform acts of charity as well.

These are some of the important things to do in the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah.
