Time Travellers from 2063..?

Time Travel.
Einstein's Theories allow it...
And many strange events
imply that it's real.
Back in 1998, Art Bell began the
CoasttoCoast AM Radio program.
An early guest, a caller who contacted Art Bell by phone,
Claimed to be a time-travelling
Paleo-AG tech, sent into the past
to find heat-resistant crop seeds,
to return to 2063; where their
United Nations agents have been
Time Travelling to RAISE the temperature of earth 15° by 2031.
Why ?
Because they are warring with
the ALIEN "Nim" culture, (The Greys) which has been cooling the earth for centuries, attempting to make earth more compatible for themselves.
The caller, "Jonathan" is well spoken
and matter of fact. The reason that
he called Art Bell, is due to the fact
that he has "gone rogue",
breaking away from the 2063 UN
plan to RAISE the Earth's temperature, because he knows
what death and destruction that
plan will bring.
In 2063, they do not value the life
of 1998, considering them
"dead already".
He spoke of Weather Tech Satellites,
that initiate volcanism through EMP
Pulses at Tectonic faults.
Jonathan advised watching for
these satellites, and destroying them.
Stainless Steel grade 431, with
an extremely heavy element at the Core ... Sounds like future earth technology...

Al Bielek about the Philadelphia Experiment, which reportedly
sent an entire naval vessel
through space and time .
Al Bielek claims to know these
things through hypnotic regression,
after the Film "The Philadelphia Experiment" broke a mental block
that had been imposed on him
