Florida real estate developer Fontainebleau Development partnered with Kansas conglomerate Koch Industries to announce that the former Fontainebleau and The Drew Las Vegas were once again Fontainebleau. The 67-story resort project, spanning 25 acres at the north end of the strip next to the 75% completed Las Vegas Convention Centernorth, is expected to open by the end of 2023. 

 

Drew Las Vegas, formerly known as Fontainebleau, is an unfinished resort project located across the street from Circus Circus next to the old Riviera Casino, which is now a parking lot in Las Vegas Strip. The resort is located on a site previously used by the El Rancho Hotel & Casino and the Algiers Hotel.

 

The project was discontinued in 2009 due to the economic downturn, 70% completed, sold to Witcorp Group and New Valley LLC for $600 million in August 2017, with new owners planning to resume construction on the resort. 온라인카지노

Drew Las Vegas will have 4,000 hotel rooms, 500,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor conference space, and a casino. The resort will also offer entertainment, retail, and several restaurants.
