Deutsche Lufthansa AG is Germany's biggest airline. It is also the flag carrier of the country. It is Europe's 2nd largest airline by passengers. Lufthansa is one of five founding members in Star Alliance, the largest international airline alliance. In 1997, the alliance was founded. Lufthansa Aviation hub is the main hub. It is both Frankfurt Airport's primary hub and Munich Airport's secondary hub. Luftag was the original name of the company. It was established in 1953 by employees from Deutsche Luft Hansa. This was a political organization that was closely linked to the Nazi German government. It was disbanded soon after World War II. Luftag retained the German airline's original name and adopted the name Luft Hansa.

c. Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

Travel plans are flexible and can be changed without notice. Lufthansa offers online refunds. You can cancel your flight online up to 24 hours before departure. The amount of refund will depend on the conditions of the fare.
