The Media is flooded with
mentions of Gen X and
Boomers, now Alphas and Betas...
you will see that these
"Generations" last 15 years...
What does that mean ?
People do not reproduce in 15 years.
Families do not form in 15 years.
Workers do not stay with employers
for fifteen years...
Children do not remain in school 15 years.
It's an artificial statistical grouping
allowing advertisers and political parties
to target the wealth of a population.
It's not a merit based system.
It is age discrimination.
It should be removed from the
Media Echo Chamber.
ASAP.
