Skills Requirement: The majority of jobs within this unit group require an educational level equivalent to a bachelor's degree or higher. Formal qualifications can be substituted with vendor certification or at least five years of relevant experience. In some cases, in addition to formal education, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may also be required (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

English Requirement: Applicants for this occupation must achieve a minimum score of 6 in each of the four components of the IELTS test (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) to meet the English language proficiency requirements. Alternatively, applicants may achieve a minimum grade of B in each of the four sections of the OET test or a minimum score of 50 in each of the three sections of the PTE Academic test (Listening, Reading, and Writing), with a minimum score of 65 in the Speaking section and an overall score of 65. Exceptions apply for Australian Graduate exclusions in certain states and territories and for Priority Skilled Lists in some states and territories. IELTS or OET scores are not accepted from applicants from the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, the United States, or Ireland. Applicants must demonstrate a level of English proficiency that is sufficient to meet licensing or registration requirements or a minimum IELTS or equivalent level, whichever is higher, where compulsory licensing or registration is necessary.
