We have spoken of the Ego many times so far, each time trying to depict some function or action of it that you were not familiar with before. In this channeling we will speak of the trapped Ego.
You will not find the term "trapped Ego" in the literature on the process of developing spiritual consciousness, for the reason that the Ego is discussed in these books only incidentally, or it, the Ego, is not mentioned at all. But it is certainly unwise to forget about this guardian-jailer, and in this channeling we will talk about a way of manifestation of the Ego, which is very common among spiritual seekers, of which they are unaware.
Namely, during our stay on the social network Telegram, we were contacted and asked to join a closed group, we happily agreed to.
However, after the first few posts, we realized that this way of communicating, the way of a private group, does not correspond to our achievable state of consciousness and the way we cope with the process of consciousness development, as a result of which we left the group. Our decision was not made on a hunch, but from the reasonable conclusion that in private groups dealing with "consciousness development", many things are not very good and many are not positive. That is why in the message of refusal, we invited all members of the group to continue discussions, comments or questions in our public channel, so that other spiritual seekers could also benefit. Of course, this did not happen.
We have told this short story, dear spiritual seekers, as an example of the "trapped Ego" that escapes the attention of spiritual seekers.
Namely, not all spiritual seekers are focused on the process of developing spiritual consciousness, for many the sphere of spirituality is a kind of entertainment, business, search for parapsychological and "spiritual" powers, gaining dominion over people in one special and invisible way ..., and we can print this list for a long time. All of the above is the state of "trapped Ego".
The Ego, is the guardian, but also the jailer, who does not allow your consciousness to escape from its control and continue to evolve in countless ways. So, when the Ego finds some secret technique, secret knowledge, secret... whatever, such activity allows the Ego to trap your consciousness and lock it in a prison from which there is no possibility of escape. This state of your closed consciousness is called the state of "trapped Ego".
For this reason, to help you free yourself from the prison in which your Ego has imprisoned you, we, Oliver, have offered to continue the discussion of the process of consciousness development on our channel, which is public and accessible to all spiritual seekers.
