The AI War Problem ...

 

Computers went from

a handful of Mainframes

in the 1950's to

Billions of Handheld

Supercomputer devices,

called Smartphones.

 

AI began back in the 1960's

with attempts at Neural Circuits.

 

By now, commercially available

AI can do incredible things.

 

But we don't really understand it.

 

Elon Musk once said:

"We are summoning the DEMON."

The problem is not with AI...

 

The problem is with the

Profit Motive of Global Corporations.

 

They have no Conscience...

 

This must be corrected.

 

Each AI Corporation must

have a Conscience Division...

 

With  control of Paychecks.

 

And the ability to suspend contracts.

 

That's the only way you'll

Control AI.
