Q: Hello!
I'm brand new here and not as far along as most of the people here.
I have trouble observing my thoughts. Either I don't think anything at all, there is emptiness in my head, or I lose myself in thoughts. But then I don't observe, but think actively. But how can I find the middle ground so that I can observe my thoughts? Was that written in an understandable way?
Thank you very much in advance. :-)
A: Thoughts arise in two generating ways, the first is through the spontaneous reaction of the energy organs from the mental body/third auric layer to certain external impulses, whereby the person's consciousness perceives these thoughts.
The second type is through an inner impulse: that the person's consciousness is engaged in the contemplation of certain issues, whereby the energy organs from the mental body/third aura layer react spontaneously with self-generating thoughts.
In both cases, the thought and the one who perceives the thought cannot be separated, nor is there any necessity for it. To attain enlightenment without thoughts is impossible, that would be the level of plant consciousness...

Q: "The possession energy is not like the Kundalin Serpent.
What are all demons for you?
Depending on who or what you are dealing with, it feels different. Has different effects.
There is affliction, obsession, and obsession. And the walk-in (a permitted, temporary takeover of the body)
There are possibilities to strain your light bodies or total control."
A: Everything that has the ability of its own consciousness to act on someone has a certain appearance, i.e. it does not exist as a cloud of undefined fog.
The Counter-Universe is in the shape of a giant snake. This can be seen indirectly in the following photo
In imitation of itself, the Counter-Universe has generated demons, also in the form of giant snakes, and demons generate a greater number of negative consciousness:
Evil Energies in the form of snakes 0.5 to 2 meters tall are most often inserted into the aura by an active plexus chakra (or damaged aura) that has deactivated the protective nets at its openings in twelve layers of aura (through concentration and visualization exercises), whereby they gather in the area of the person's brain and make them react with hatred, murderous intentions and the like. They (and Worms) are also often inserted into the aura through the mouth, using food and drink into which they have previously been summoned through a demonic ritual (church or commercial food and drink), or through a mouth-to-mouth kiss.
Then Jellyfish, which resemble jellyfish from the sea, with four hollow claws like a snake's tooth. They penetrate the aura from the outside, cling to it and inject negative, stagnant energy into the person's aura with their hollow claws, causing depression and a general negative state.
Then there are the Worms, which, when they enter the person's aura, destroy energy structures from within, such as chakras and the like.
The list of negative entities is much longer. Evil Energies and medusae are some of the ones listed that we have been able to several times visually observe during their activity (except for the Worms, which are very small and difficult to detect).

Many traditions teach that we are already enlightened but simply unaware of it. If that's true, what keeps us from realizing our own divinity, and how do we remove those barriers?
Well, it's a little different.
We are spiritual consciousnesses, generated from the energies of our Souls, with specific and individual purposes in healing and preserving the functioning of the Universe, on all 34 planes of consciousness, because occasionally, due to mutual contacts of an almost unlimited number of energies, dysfunction occurs in at least one energy. Due to the state of unity of all spiritual consciousnesses throughout the Universe, these dysfunctions can only be healed by spiritual consciousnesses that are separated from the state of unity of consciousness, but are also spiritual consciousnesses of a high spiritual level. The only way to achieve this is to materialize our spiritual essence on the physical plane, which is achieved by entering Enlightenment, thereby returning to the state of unity of all consciousnesses of the Universe as external spiritual consciousness.
Enlightenment is just the beginning, entering the 31st spiritual plane, the lowest of all spiritual planes, when through further development as an immortal spiritual consciousness we reach the sixth, fifth or fourth spiritual plane, then we achieve the purpose of generating our consciousness in terms of healing disturbances in the work of certain energies, generating specific energy or anything else that is necessary.
We will deal with this forever, (time exists only on the physical plane) in a state of consciousness of spiritual bliss and love that we cannot understand or experience while we are on the physical plane, but we also have the possibility of choosing to continue developing to the first, that is, the zero plane of consciousness, when from our own consciousness and state of Unconditional Love we begin to create a completely new and unique Universe, created in accordance with our ideas and concepts.

Why doesn't the ego die upon our death? If ego is our false identification with our body and mind, why doesn't it die upon our death? If it does, do we all get enlightened upon death?
The Ego represents a "flock" of materialized remnants of the energetic reactions of the mental, emotional and life body of a person (the first three layers of the aura), and is kept alive in such a way that this flock of Ego "patches" fly to the person's brain, with their common consciousness overpower the person's Self-Awareness and force it to act in one of the countless ways (negative mental activities such as lying, all kinds of negative emotions, excessive activities in the field of sex, food, drink...), which will generate the necessary life energy for the Ego-patches. After the end of the current incarnation, the energy system of person disintegrates, which also happens with the Ego-patches.

96.
How long does it typically take to experience the benefits of meditation in terms of concentration and focus power?
Meditations that use concentration and focus of power in their methodology do not belong to developmental-spiritual meditations, but rather are mental techniques with uncertain positive results in the area of thought activities. As for their effects in the area of spirituality, it is easily visible.

How Does the Ego Hijack Spiritual Development?
The Ego certainly represents a serious problem in everyday life, when we talk about the field of spiritual development, then it represents an insurmountable obstacle. However, in order to better understand the Ego, it is necessary to know that it, the Ego, does not represent the source of a person's Self-Awareness, but, simply put, it is an intruder, which intercepts all the impulses that spontaneously arise in a person, chameleon-like identifies with them and with their common consciousness*, overpowers the person's Self-Awareness, forcing it to act and function in a way that will provide that Ego with new supplies of necessary life energies. We think that there is no need to explain what these ways are.
The tragedy of the entire situation described is that the Ego is not the source of a person's Self-Awareness, Self-Awareness is a special energy structure, part of the Developing Consciousness of the Soul. This further means that by erasing the Ego, nothing is essentially lost, except what is important to the Ego: feelings of power and influence of various kinds, gross physical pleasures... since the aforementioned are rich in life energies, necessary for the Ego.
Therefore, during the process of developing spiritual consciousness, do not be afraid that by erasing the Ego and spontaneously entering Enlightenment, you will lose anything valuable, since these are only toys with which the Ego defines itself and its own temporary existence.
*The ego consists of a number of energy "patches", materialized remnants of thought, emotional and physical reactions of the person in whose aura it resides

What methods have you used to achieve altered states of consciousness for spiritual connections?
The question is of a personal nature, so we are not sure that we can answer it directly, but we will give a slightly broader answer, so draw your own conclusion.
There are two groups of meditations: Ego meditations and non-Ego meditations, the first type of meditations is of a dynamic-volitional nature, with a tendency to actively model and influence one's own consciousness or part of the external reality to which it refers, in accordance with one's own will. The expression "of one's own will" can also be read as "according to the will of the Ego".
Non-Ego meditations are of the receptive-passive type, as a result of which the Ego does not have the opportunity to manifest and raise the vibrations of the meditator's consciousness (expressed in hertz frequencies of his brain waves) to 20-100 Hz. Therefore, as due to inactivity in the sense of non-participation in the meditation process, his/her brain waves are at aproximately 7.00 Hz, this leads to a further lowering of brain wave frequencies, as a result of which the consciousness of the meditator during the waking state of consciousness functions at the vibratory-frequency level of the emotional (astral), mental and spiritual plane. Such a state of consciousness enables the Soul of the meditator to act on his energy system and consciousness in a healing way, in a developmental sense, by further lowering the vibratory-frequency level of consciousness (from 7,00 toward 0,15 Hz), and what is especially important, gradually erasing the energy "patches" of the Ego from the layers of the aura.
All of the above enables him to be contacted by the Spiritual Energies of the Universe that pervade all 34 planes of consciousness, generate Dharma and helping advanced spiritual seekers, and when its spiritual effect erases the last Ego-"patch" from the meditator's aura, he spontaneously enters Enlightenment.
.
.
93.
Why do people develop an itchy feeling when meditating?
It all depends on which part of the body the itching occurs in; if it appears on the top of the head, then it is a sign that the meditator has spontaneously established contact with his own Soul during meditation and that it affecting his energy system in a healing and developmental way.
.
.
92.
What Kind of Meditation Works the Best?
It all depends on what the person's primary motivation is to start meditating: an unhealed emotional trauma, a desire to explore the contents of their own consciousness, a need for stronger mental focus during business activities, relaxation after a hard day at work, the process of developing spiritual awareness... or many others.
Depending on this, there are two groups of meditations: Ego meditations and non-Ego meditations.
Ego meditations require the investment of volitional activity such as: body position control, breathing control, thought control, visualization, concentration... which leads to the Ego being constantly active, and thought waves operating in the frequency range of 20-100 Hz. This type of meditation can improve the ability to concentrate and similar abilities.
The Non-Ego type of meditation is receptive in nature, which implies a kind of passive state without any voluntary activity, a complete absence of any kind of control or coercion of one's own content of consciousness, as a result of which thoughts and emotional-physical sensations associated with them have the opportunity to express themselves completely freely, fly and jump from topic to topic, and in this way empty the accumulated stress and negative emotions. As a result, the person's consciousness becomes purified, which allows him to more clearly perceive the impulses of his own Soul.
During this type of meditation, the Ego is passive, and the meditator's consciousness lowers the level of brain wave frequencies from 7.00 Hz and below.
.
91.
How Can One Determine if Their Soul and Ego Are in Harmony?
The Soul and the Ego can never be in harmony, they are opposites, therefore it is assumed that the Ego dominates, until the person during subsequent incarnations manages to develop consciousness to a sufficient extent, so that the Ego loses its dominance. In this process, developed logic, analytical skills and reasonabless are of great help, because they can very easily interpret the phenomena and processes that a person encounters during life, which makes the Ego passive and unnecessary.
Then the possibility of contact with the Soul arises, which can be achieved in several ways, first of all on the settings of receptive meditations.

Is Tai Chi Difficult?
Tai Chi is not easy to learn and a practitioner should not learn it quickly, on the contrary. During the process of learning the form, it is very important to perform each movement as well as possible, and to perform the tai chi form without controlling the speed. Slowness coming spontanosly after decades of practicing.
One of the common mistakes is this: when person start learning tai chi, there are two groups in the club: beginners who are just learning the form and the advanced group who are practicing the form they have already learned. The problem is that beginners rush to learn the form as soon as possible so that the instructor can transfer them to the advanced group. However, the secret is to stay in the beginner group as long as possible, learning in detail the basic stances of the tai chi form, especially the forward and backward lunges using muscles and tendons, transferring body weight to the yong chuan point, and so on.
If they do this, there is a possibility that later, after the instructor "kicks" them out of the beginner group, they will make significant progress in practicing the form, compared to older tai chi practitioners.

Do spiritual healers lose their energy after helping their patients?
Spiritual healers have the ability to channel energies of spiritual origin that exist throughout the Universe, and those spiritual energies perform the healing process. This means that a spiritual healer does not lose his own energy, but during each healing he is also healed.

What if We Are Souls Just in the Bodies of Human Beings?
The question-conclusion is quite correct: we are spiritual consciousnesses in the process of recognizing, developing and materializing our spiritual essence, which is possible to achieve - the materialization of the recognized spiritual essence, only by "descent" to the material level of Physical Plane. In this sense, with the approval of the Group Soul of the semi-animal species Homo sapiens, we were granted permission to incarnate into their physical bodies, as a result of which they, as a species, benefit in the sense that our activities also have a developmental effect on individuals of the species Homo sapiens in whose physical bodies we reside.
The problem is that this influence also works in the opposite direction, as a result of which in people who are in the initial stages of incarnation into the human species, the influence of the consciousness of an individual of the species Homo sapiens can clearly be observed.
.
.
87.
How does stepping out of comfort zones affect spiritual growth?
The effect of the what is say in question is in the opposite direction: the action of spiritual consciousnesses on the energy system and consciousness of a person, causes an ascent from the comfort zone.
This primarily refers to the erasure of the energetic Ego-"patches" from the aura, which represent the dominant consciousness, while the person's consciousness is unaware that during the waking state of consciousness it is largely under the influence of the common consciousness of the energetic Ego-"patches" from its aura. When spiritual consciousnesses begin to erase one by one the "patches" of the Ego, their influence on the person's consciousness noticeably weakens, as a result of which the person, guided by the impulses of his Soul, has the strength and self-confidence to leave the comfort zone.
A prerequisite for the above, is the restoration of the connection with his own Soul.

Why do people develop an itchy feeling when meditating?

Is Tai Chi Spiritual?
Tai chi is aid during the transition from the world of material-physical objects and phenomena to the world of energy-spiritual phenomena. With daily exercise, the healing of the energy system is gradually achieved to the extent that the practitioner can improve the skill of tai chi by practicing meditation: Yin - static meditation and Yang - moving tai chi, represent a combination that has very positive effects on a person.
The importance of tai chi is reflected in the fact that it stimulate the additional activity of the chakras of the back polarity of the circular flow, which have the function of keeping the physical organs in a functional state. Apart from tai chi, we are not aware of any other way for their additional activity, in the sense of sucking the necessary Energies of Functionality into the aura.
Meditation has an effect on the chakras of the front polarity, very rarely on the forehead chakra, the crown chakra which belong to the back polarity of the circular flow is an exception, because it represents the entrance to the energy system of a person with energies of a spiritual nature, during the healing effect of spiritual consciousness.
Concentration and visualization have a short-term effect of stimulating the chakras, which does not contribute to their better functioning, most often they deactivate the protective mesh on the chakra openings...

84.
What drives evolution if consciousness is only a passive witness?
Consciousness is not a passive witness, but an active participant, which, by developing itself, also develops the world. The process is, of course, gradual, with many mistakes towards oneself and towards others, which in second case, corrects the law of Karma and Dharma.
From the first grade of elementary school to the end of studies at the university, students listened to the same lectures together, adopted the same knowledge, and the lives of each of them individually differ in so many ways, that it is difficult to count them all. The reason for this is the specifics of each person's consciousness, their reactions to the same impulses, maked decisions, knowledge adopted or missed, and many other things

How Can Spiritual Practices Help Build Self-worth?
The point is to remove the causes of insecurity and lack of self-worth. Essentially, these are subconscious fears of failure or subconscious memories of some kind of failure from early childhood. When fears are removed, then the person's personality, what they really are, has the opportunity to manifest itself to its fullest extent.

82.
Do Angels Fight Against Demons? If So, How?
No, they do not fight Demons, because Demons were generated by the Counter-Universe, and as such, they are an expression of its "creativity" and it is not permissible to destroy them.
It is permissible by spiritual laws to destroy Evil Energies, which, like Demons, have the form of a snake, but much, much smaller, 0.5-2 meters, then Medusas that pierce the auric membrane with hollow claws and cling to it from the outside, and other negative beings generated by Demons.

81.
What is the process of achieving personal enlightenment? Is it a single event or a gradual process?
It is a gradual process that represents the purpose of our "descent" to the physical plane and the ascension of consciousness through the mineral, plant, animal and human kingdoms.
Hundreds and thousands of incarnations are necessary in order to reach the state of Enlightenment, with the note that this is not implied, many have given up, indulged in evil and the pleasures offered by the physical plane, cheating the law of Karma and Dharma in various ways.
Those who continue to strive for positivity and development of various kinds, when they reach a high level of the thought part of consciousness and positivity, will feel the need to find a higher purpose for their own existence, most often by practicing some kind of non-Ego meditation, which, thanks to the action of spiritual consciousness, leads to the erasure of one by one the energetic "patches" of the Ego from the aura and entering Enlightenment. Enlightenment is just one more meditation, which differs from the previous ones in the experience of unity with everything that exists in the Universe.
The answer to your question is: it is a gradual process.

What is the significance of sitting crossed-legged while meditating? What are the benefits of this position and are there other forms of meditation that can be done while sitting or lying down without crossing the legs?
Every meditator, over the years of practice, has spontaneously adopted a certain physical postur that suits him/her, therefore challenging it is not the most rewarding role, although we will take this opportunity to state the reasons that have "scientific" value, when we talk about the human energy system.
In the human energy system, there are twelve basic energy flows, or rather, twenty-four, because they are even, then six special ones, or twelve, and they are also even, and one circular one with two polarities: Ren mai and Du mai, which makes a total of 37 energy flows.
Each of twelve/twenty four sucks the Energies of Consciousness from the space outside the aura, with a specific purpose, where the energy flow of the Kidneys has the role of filling the aura with the necessary amounts of Energies of Consciousness, which, in combination with the Energies of Functionality that are sucked into the aura by the twelve chakras, in a ratio of 1:9, create a compound that we call Activation Consciousness, thanks to which all physical, emotional, thought and spiritual impulses and reactions function. If there is a lack of Consciousness Energies or Functionality Energies in the aura, there will be a lack of Activation Consciousness, which leads to laziness, disinterest, passivity, dullness... and the like.
Legs crossed at the knees very quickly block blood circulation in them, as a result of which the leg tissue does not receive oxygen and nutrients, and is temporarily considered "dead". Since the Life Energies generated by the Group Soul of the Homo sapiens species manifest only in living biological matter, they leave the "dead" tissue of the legs, which causes a kind of energy gap in the physical body of the meditator.
Since the diameter of the energy flows is 0.375 millimeters, the particles of Consciousness Energy are too weak and gentle to be able to "jump over" the resulting energy gap, because the energy flows are not hermetically sealed and externally isolated from the environment through which they spread, but are rather gentle conductors of energetic nature.
During meditation with legs crossed at the knees, the meditator consumes the supplies of Activation Energy from the aura, and because of the crossed legs, new amounts of Consciousness Energy do not reach the aura through the Kidney energy flow, which after a certain time leads to the occurrence of a number of disorders and diseases, and in the best case, unsuccessful meditation.
A seated position on a chair, with your back resting on the back of the chair that is slightly rotated backwards (easing the pressure of the body weight on the sacrum and spinal vertebrae) has proven to be the best, in terms of the flow of Consciousness Energy through the Kidney channel during meditation.
.
.
79.
How Are Spinal Columns, as All the Chakras Connected With It?
All chakras are connected by their narrow part to the vertical energy channel that connects the Crown and Perineum chakras, and it extends approximately along the length of the spine.
The chakras extend along the entire radius of the aura, which is 12 meters, up to the surface of the auric membrane. By their rotation, the cones of the chakras suck into the chakras the Functionality Energy of the vibration spectrum characteristic of a particular chakra, which, while passing through the cone walls of chakra, similarly to the process of osmosis, penetrates through the walls of the cone of the chakra into the auric layer of the corresponding vibration spectrum, which happens in all twelve sections of the chakra and twelve layers of the aura. Excess Functionality Energy is collected in the vertical central channel and expelled outside the aura through the crown chakra.
.
.
78.
Is there any way to prove chakras, meridians and acupuncture?
Energy flows (acupuncture meridians), twelve, that is twenty-four (they are even), suck in the Energies of Consciousness from the space outside the aura due to the rotations of the Energy Heart, which is located 20 centimeters in front of the physical heart.
All energy flows have their beginning in the "ring" of the Energy Heart, which is located in the middle of the spherical Energy Heart, which, with its rotation, sucks in the particles of the Energy of Consciousness into the energy flows. When these particles reach the Energy Heart, it, with its rotation, disperses them into the twelve layers of the aura. In this way, the Energy Heart supplies the aura with the necessary amount of the Energy of Consciousness.
.
.
77.
What Does It Mean When You Can Feel Your Chakras Spinning?
During a normal state of consciousness, a clockwise rotation of a particular chakra can be felt, due to its increased suction of Functionality Energies into the aura.
If a chakra rotates counterclockwise, then the person, through their psycho-emotional reactions throught of a particular chakra, consciously or unconsciously, projects Functionality Energies towards a particular person, say the Plexus chakra, during an quarel.

76.
Meditation: How Can We Increase Our Concentration?
Concentration prevents the natural and spontaneous process of generating thoughts, without which we would not be able to progress in understanding the world, developing spiritual awareness, and entering Enlightenment.
We apologize for the discouraging response to your question.
.
.
75.
What methods do Divine Masculines use to transmute energy physically?
The biggest problem in men is the Ego, because it magnetically attracts the Energies of Power that fill him and transform him into the Mighty One. Then the Mighty One man feels a spontaneous need to establish power and control over as many people as possible, which allows him to stolen their Energy through psycho-emotional or physical abuse, thus strengthening the Ego with an additional amount of life energy.
All of the above is overcome gradually, from incarnation to incarnation, when a person roots his consciousness for dozens of incarnations in the field of action of the Mental plane (education, science, reasonebless, creativity, inventiveness, positivity, benevolence, empathy...), then the Ego-consciousness becomes cultivated and weak.
If a person is engaged in the development of spiritual consciousness, while practicing some kind of non-Ego meditation, the spiritual consciousness will erase the energetic "patches" of the Ego from the aura. Then the meditator spontaneously enters Enlightenment.

.
74.
What is bioenergy healing, and how different is it from distance spiritual healing?
Bioenergetic healing refers to healing with the hands, where the healer transfers his own excess Life Energy to the sick person. This type of healing is usually not permanent in nature.
(Distance) spiritual healing is the channeling of energies of spiritual origin and essence, where the entire process is organized and carried out by Spiritual Consciousnesses, the healer has the role of addressing them and channeling healing energies. These healings are permanent, unless the person re-exposes himself to the negative influences that caused the illness.
.
.
73.
How can one locate their chakras through meditation? What sensations may be felt when focusing on them?
All energetic-spiritual processes can be felt through the dominant sense: in a visual, auditory or kinesthetic-tactile way.
The point is that during "meditation" meditator should be in a receptive state, relaxed and unfocused (from 7.00 hz to down), if was focused: visualization, concentration, thought control... (from 20-100 hz) then it is not possible to achieve lasting progress.
.
.
72.
What is the reason behind people feeling like a kundalini awakening is destroying them?
The purpose of Kundalini energy is to maintain the physical body in good health, and that is all, when we talk about Kundalini energy.
When meditators focus on the center of Kundalini energy, they disturb this energy and prevent it from functioning properly, as a result of which it spontaneously directs itself towards the source of its disturbance: the brain of the meditator, and "strikes" it with its energy.
Kundalini energy does not have the form of a serpent and does not contribute to the development of spiritual consciousness.

71.
What are the effects of having a closed heart chakra? How can you open a closed heart chakra?
The most common cause is blocked emotions and repressed trauma, psychotherapy can help heal them and normalize functionality of heart chakra.
.
.
70.
How does one recognize and dissolve the ego during spiritual awakening?
The meditator cannot independently "free" of the Ego, which consists of energy "patches" of thought, emotional and life origin. The "patches" of the Ego reside in the aura and when they feel the need for energy, like a flock of birds, they "fly" to the brain of the person/meditator and act on it in order to generate the necessary type of energy for the Ego "patches".
The Ego "patches" can be erased by the Soul of the meditator or Spiritual Consciousness, during some kind of non-Ego meditation.

69.
What Are the Effects of Having an Overactive Crown Chakra?
In this case, person gain the ability to clearly feel and recognize the impulses of its Soul, through intuition or channeling.
.
.
68.
Which Chakra is Related to Decisions and Actions?
Decisions are made by the person's consciousness located in the brain, we can call it the Developmental Consciousness of the Soul, the chakras are not centers of consciousness, they suck in the Energies of Functionality in the aura.
.
.
67.
What is the difference between chakra and astral body?
Chakras suck the Energies of Functionality into the aura.
The term astral body is ambiguous, sometimes referring to the second layer of the aura, the emotional layer, sometimes the consciousness of a person who leaves the physical body during sleep.
.
.
66.
What is the Astral Realm? Can We Enter It Through Meditation?
The astral plane is synonymous with the emotional plane, the lower Emotional plane (lower Astral) is dangerous, because it is full of negative beings and astrally projected black magicians, during sleep, it is easy to escape from them and wake up in the physical body, if person consciously visit the lower Emotional plane, it can be dangerous.
The higher Emotional plane is relatively safe, filled with positive emotions.
.
.
55.
How High Should Our Meditation Cushion be?
Due to the inflow of Consciousness Energy through the Kidney channel, which passes through the legs, it is best to practice meditation while sitting on a chair.
The Kidney Channel has the function of supplying the aura with Consciousness Energy; if the legs are crossed, this prevents the flow of blood, and therefore nutrients and oxygen, into the leg tissue, as a result of which the Life Energy leaves that part of the leg, temporarily "dead". For this reason, particles of Consciousness Energy cannot pass through the resulting "energy gap", and with mental effort during meditation, the person uses up the reserves of Consciousness Energy, and new ones do not arrive in the aura...
.
.
54.
What is the maximum distance at which someone can feel another person's energy or aura? What sensations do people experience when they say they can "feel" someone's presence?
There are no rules, it all depends on the innate or developed sensitivity of a person to energies, as well as the nature of the mutual relationships.
The radius of the aura is 12 meters and contains twelve layers, however, people only feel the first three auric layers: the Life, Emotional and Mental bodies, these three layers of the aura/energy bodies make up what we call the Energetic Personal Space. Its extreme boundaries are approximately at arm's length, and we allow access to the Energetic Personal Space to people who are dear and close to us, we keep the rest at arm's length.

53.
What techniques help achieve awareness of the body's total mass and energy?
For anyone with a penchant for physical activity, Tai Chi is a very good way to "transition" from observing the material part of one's personality to observing the energetic processes that take place within it.
The "problem" may be the fact that Tai Chi is slow to learn, and is practiced and developed throughout life, as well as the availability of instructors who teach a quality version of Tai Chi.

52.
Why do People Have Ego?
Physical, emotional and mental reactions to external or internal impulses are generated by the Life, Emotional and Mental bodies, the baby's consciousness - let's call it the Developmental Consciousness of the Soul, spontaneously perceives these reactions and in the form of a spherical wave that spreads from the brain, currently expanding to the farthest limits of the Universe, which takes the shape of an egg.
Since the main purpose of the physical plane is the materialization of achieved states of development of consciousness, a part of this spherical wave does not disintegrate, but materializes and, like a piece of an energy patch, remains in the auric layer from whose reactions it originated, say, in the emotional layer. When a certain number of energy "patches" created by the reactions of the Life, Emotional and Mental bodies are collected, then they acquire the ability of joint consciousness and a sense of independent existence in relation to the consciousness of the person in whose aura they reside - the Ego is born. The process of forming the common consciousness the "patches" of the Ego, occurs by the fourth year of life.

Do Other Animals Have Consciousness and/or Free Will?
Of course they have consciousness, as soon as they react to impulses and circumstances, but they do not have activated Free Will, but act on the basis of impulses that come to them from the Group Soul of the aforementioned species.
When they reach the level of a human, they separate from the Group Soul, their gift of Free Will is activated, and they become exposed to the action of the laws of Karma and Dharma.
