The Clusters of Souls represent the aggregate of Souls and Developing Consciousnesses of the Souls who have achieved Enlightenment and whose consciousness has reached a state of Crystallization of Consciousness. This is the state that Lubisha and others called "Maturation of the Luminous Body." But we are talking about the materialization of Soul consciousness and the Developing Consciousness of the Soul of a person who has entered Enlightenment, at a stage Oliver called Crystallization of Consciousness.
After Crystallization of Consciousness, both - the Soul and the Developing Consciousness of the Soul join one of the existing Cluster of Souls. These groups are found throughout the Universe, because it is not a physical location, but a vibrational level.
We must point out that the departure of the Soul and Developing Consciousness of the Soul that have reached the level of consciousness crystallization is not disorganized or random, but that they join those Cluster of Souls that is similar in their background knowledge and skills, and their abilities develop and materialize.

The number of Souls and Developing Consciousness of the Soul that have reached the level of consciousness crystallization is always even, although their number can vary, and therefore, it is not constant.
