A Boat for Ms Rodrigues

A sailboat was gifted in commemoration of a mother who passed away to a mother who lost her boat. How will it get from Wales to Portugal? Who will sail it there once it gets off the wharf? How will the crew of volunteers manage to make it a great experience for all?
