• 10+ years in a production environment, with progressive professional/personal growth
• Extensive experience maintaining equipment in production lines, including disassembly, greasing parts, replacing parts, and re-assembling, in collaboration with team and engineers
• Four college quarters of hands-on training with manual and CNC machining equipment
• Transitioning to a career in CNC/Precision Machining, utilizing training received at EvCC
• High aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting – both mechanical issues and interpersonal
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and quickly adapt to changing situations
• Proficient in Microsoft office
