The journey of Brent David Willis began in 1982 as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army. Over the years, he got the ranks and served in different combat arms leadership roles within the First Cavalry Division. As a Captain and Future Concepts Officer, Brent managed the top-secret missions that included the leading work in drone technology and aerial recognition systems for the Air Defense Branch. His military achievements include two Meritorious Service Medals, two Army Commendation Medals, and the Army Achievement Medal. His commitment to service and positive change is exceptional. Brent Willis is so passionate about green tech and education is close to his heart as well. He established multiple scholarships, including the Brent Willis Scholarship for USA-based graduate and undergraduate students, the Brent Willis STEM Scholarship for those passionate about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, and the Brent Willis Green Scholarship for students interested in green technology and sustainable practices. With his knowledge and scholarship program, he wants to do the best for society and for the environment. With the scholarship, Brent Willis is motivating the next generation to make things better for them, so they can bring more innovative solutions to keep the environment green and clean.
After completing his service, he started working in the corporate world. Transitioning from the military to the corporate world, Brent Willis showcased his business skills and achieved success in the corporate world too. He started at Kraft-Heinz, launching the Kraft Brand in China and leading multiple global brands and businesses. At The Coca-Cola Company, as President in Latin America, he managed the company’s largest turnaround in history, capturing over 75% market share. While at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Brent David Willis played a crucial role in transforming Interbrew into the world’s largest beer company. As the Chief Commercial Officer, Zone President, and Board Member, he contributed significantly to a share price appreciation of over 400%. Brent has received multiple awards and rewards for his service, such as CEO Innovator of the Year in 2021 and being selected as a Global Ambassador by the Green Organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
