Vitamin D from the Wise
Without adequate Vitamin D
"It is pointless to administer any form
of Immunotherapy...!"
Plankton, the chief food source of fish, was assessed as the possible dietary origin of vitamin D in fish. The presence of vitamin D compounds were examined in fresh water phytoplankton and zooplankton employing a series of chromatographic procedures. Abundant amounts of provitamins D and vitamins D (D2 and D3) were found in the fresh water plankton. The high amount of vitamin D observed may be due to exposure of plankton to sunlight because the plankton were caught during the summer month. Thus, plankton may be an important contributor to vitamin D in fish.

This means that RAW Lake or River water
would provide Phytoplankton+D, but
Well Water, Treated Water, Distilled water,
and Bottled Water does NOT.
Neither would Bottled Sodas or Sports Drinks, Tea, or Coffee... [-Chuck ]
The best sources of vitamin D are fatty fish like salmon, sardines, mackerel, and herring; other good sources include egg yolks, fortified foods like milk and cereals.
Bananas
Contain magnesium, which helps the body activate vitamin D. Health experts recommend eating bananas.
Dried figs
Contain a small amount of vitamin D, as well as calcium and potassium, which help maintain healthy bones.
Raisins
Contain a small amount of vitamin D, as well as iron, potassium, calcium, and antioxidants.
Papaya
Contains a small amount of vitamin D, as well as vitamins A, C, and E.
Magnesium is widely distributed in plant and animal foods and in beverages. Green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains, are good sources.
In general, foods containing dietary fiber provide magnesium. Magnesium is also added to some breakfast cereals and other fortified foods
Regarding Cigars:
Little Cigars weigh between 1.3 and 4 grams.
Tobacco leaf is composed of .2% to .6%
Magnesium...
That means a little cigar of 1.3 grams
contains 5.2 Mg of Magnesium.
Seeing that Magnesium is needed for
the activation of Vitamin D...
Sounds pretty nutritious to chew them.
Huh ?
Where are you supposed to get 400 mg
of Magnesium in your daily diet?
Eating 16 cups of Spinach ?
or drinking 57 cups of coffee ?
or a gallon of Milk ?
Those old smoke-filled rooms had
a lot of Magnesium smoke.
Huh.
