While some people enjoy smooth and creamy fillings, others prefer crunch (or should I say "Go Nuts"). Look no farther than our Mixed Nuts Mooncake. Packed (really) with nuts, it's comparable to a large Protein Bar (but far superior). Contains walnuts, almonds, pili nuts, cashews, watermelon seeds, sesame seeds, kumquats, and preserved wintermelon chunks, as well as a delicious salted duck yolk centre.

The original and most classic mooncake flavour. It focusses on the creamy lotus seed paste, which is thought to be the most sumptuous sort of mooncake filling. Contains watermelon seeds and a salty duck yolk centre.

Mooncake recipe made with dried fruits and nuts instead of lotus paste. It is definitely a healthier option than conventional Mixed Nuts Mooncake covered in high sugar and calorie pastes. I quickly tested the recipe because I had all of the ingredients in my pantry. The dough was made using normal flour rather than Hong Kong flour, and the filling ingredients can be changed to your desire. Conclusion: After three days, the mooncake skin was rather dry. This could be owing to the filling's low oil content. Overall, I really enjoy this recipe because it is not overly sweet but extremely nutty, and I can have it without feeling guilty.

The Mixed Nuts Mooncake has walnuts, almonds, cashews, melon, pumpkin, and sesame seeds. This traditional baked mooncake is crisp and filled with a delicate low-sugar white lotus paste. A combination of diverse nuts, including almonds, pecans, pine nuts, sesame, and melon seed, provides flavours and textures that cannot be missed. It is a green alternative to the traditional mooncake for those looking for a healthy version. A combination of five varied nuts creates the ideal texture. Present this creative delight in heightened elegant packaging appropriate for the season, and consider adding a bespoke bag as a matching item to elevate your gift.
