Consider the known stars within 15

Light-Years from Earth.

 

If there was some event radiating from Earth, 15 years later, it would have

reached these stars...

 

If an alien culture came to investigate

at light speed, they would arrive 30

years after the event.

 

This is the year 2025...

 

30 years ago, Windows 95 was released,

with rapid increases of personal computer

systems, and growth of the World-Wide Web.

 

Those computers back then, used CRT

monitors, which emitted electromagnetic

radiation, and X-rays...

 

All over the World.

 

And most of the Early WWW was by Modem,

over Telephone Lines...

 

All over the World...

 

Did anyone notice...?

 

Of course, Radio has been emanating

from Earth for over 100 years...
