FLY ANGOLA needs to be notified before making a reservation. Space availability must also be considered.
All live animals must be declared before they can serve as cargo.
FLY ANGOLA does not transport emotional dogs.
A guide canine that is accompanying someone who has a hearing impairment or visually impaired can use the cargo area or cabin free of charge. The dog must always be under control once allowed to board.

Tickets to international destinations are subject to a one-year refund policy. Domestic tickets are valid six months.
