If you use a tampon, you won’t have to wear anything extra underneath. Just wear your regular panties along and you are all set. Also, if you like wearing breezy clothes at night, tampons for you are the best choice as they will save your nighties or panties from stains and leakage. However, you will have to get up and put on a fresh one as you should not be staying in the same tampon for more than four hours.
