Paragor is one of the three capital cities of the Bronze Scale Coalition.  It is the scientific capital, where their head researchers experiment diligently to discover new weapons to wage war against the Hallowed Dominion and and the Eternal Dynasty.  The city is heavily defended by advanced weapons of war, which fuse both technology and magic to great effect.
