PCW Live: The Naked Mile

Before the show can begin, Tessa and Priscilla are shown battling it out backstage. Kelly tosses Blanchard into a door and they burst into the men’s locker room. Kelly tries to follow up and is speared down by Tessa. Tessa throws fist after fist into the face as the guys try to separate them. Kelly elbows back Will as he grabbed her and Blanchard kicks back Mitchell. Blanchard grabs her by the hair and throws her into one of the wooden locks. She tries to beat down on Priscilla and Kelly kicks her back. She grabs a chair and swings, but Tessa sucks under it and kicks the chair out her hand. She knees Kelly in the gut and they stumble back out the locker room as security arrives to break up the fight.
Taya isn’t too far behind and watches them be carted away with a smile on her face. She looks to the male roster as they peek out into the hall and she laughs. “Women, huh? Crazy as all hell.” She shrugs her shoulders and turns on her heels, walking away with Presley, who came from outta nowhere, trailing behind her. “It’s shooooowtiiiime! Get ready, boys!”

She kicked the leg out from under her and stomps down on the redhead viciously until the referee has to pull her back. She growls and shoves him off her, grabbing Hendrix by the hair. Taeler counters with jawbreaker and follows up with a spin kick for a two count. Hendrix proceeds to crawl into Ripley as she’s down, straddling the lap before leaning in for a kiss.
Rhea headbutts and turns them over to drive fist after fist into the arms as Hendrix blocks her face. She narrowly escapes, but eats a clothesline that sends her over onto the apron. Ripley tries to follow up with a grab of the hair, but Taeler elbows her back. Hendrix steps through the ropes and hops on the back with a sleeperhold. Spike Trivet vs Indigo Kelly

“What the hell was that last week?!” Hania roars the minute she bursts into the locker room. All the women turned their gaze to Indigo. Hendrix raised a brow and remained as the rest of the women filed out of the room.
Hania was huffing and puffing in anger, eyes shifting between Indigo and Taeler. “Let me guess...there’s some sort of alliance I’m unaware of again? What, do you think enlisting Indigo’s help is going to put a stop to me?”
“That’s not what’s going on! It was a one-on-one fight. Did you really expect me to interfere?”
“I expected you to stay out of my way. I told you we were good, but you couldn’t help coming down to create a spectacle anyways. I don’t know if Harlow messes your up or not, but I do know that since she’s left...you’re a little too on edge and it cost me.”
“Hania, da—“ Taeler meant to interject, but Hania immediately had her against the lockers by the throat. She squeezed and squeezed, claws digging into the skin of Taeler’s neck, but the woman smiled. Despite losing her breath, she managed to giggle as Indigo finally pulled Hania off her. Taeler gasped for air, but the smile was still present.
“So it’s me against you both? Is that how it is now?” Hania asked, glaring in Indigo’s direction.
“She’s family! What do you want me to do?!”
“And I’m not?” Hania didn’t wait for a response and stormed from the locker room, leaving Taeler and Indigo alone to regroup.

She trips him up as he approaches and gains the advantage with a choke of her own against the ropes.
She steps onto the apron and drives a knee into the face before stepping back in for the one count. Bordeaux slams his head into the mat multiple times before dragging him to his feet. She sends his face into the corner multiple times, but he eventually escapes and elbows her back. Havoc goes for a clothesline, but she counters into a neckbreaker over the shoulder. She follows up with a meteora to the back of the head as he’s kneeling for a two count.

Scarlett manages to get out of the way and forearms him. While he’s seated, Scarlett starts to twirl her hips and smack her backside before connecting with a hip attack into a stinkface. She brings Jimmy to the ring and sets him up for the Scarlett Letter, planting him for the three count.

Count!” She shrieks. By the count of four, Ivelisse is up and Alexa goes for a baseball slide.

Calling all tag teams!

Frankie and Natalya stand side by side with the titles around their waists. Frankie had her neck patched up. Natalya puts a hand on her shoulder and smiles. “We were attacked weeks ago by Vipress and Corvus, but we made them pay by beating them last week. It seems the tag team division is getting a little antsy, people wanting to take our titles from us as soon as possible.”
“Problem with that is that Natalya and I are a strong unit. We work together in perfect harmony, combining power and aerial ability to retain time and time again. We’re starting to wonder if anyone is left to challenge us.”
“I don’t think there’s a team out there that we haven’t beaten,” Natalya chimes in. “It’s safe to say we are the best tag team in PCW right now. That’s not arrogance.”
“It’s just the truth,” Frankie finishes for her. “But if anybody wants to prove us wrong, be our guest.”
It was just then that Jenny Blake makes her way to the stage alone. She didn’t have mic, didn’t plan to speak, but there was a wide smile on her face. She turns to face the curtains and suddenly Arisa Hoshiki comes racing out to her side. They shake hands before Blake hugs the joshi wrestler tightly and points at the champion. Natalya and Frankie look on with mild disbelief before Frankie raises the mic. “Game on, ladies!”

Mitchell climbs the second ropes and Tyler strikes the inner thigh. He tries to powerbomb Mitchell and takes a huracarrana from the Future Phoenix Champion. Breeze rolls into the ropes and remains there as Mitchell stands tall with a smirk on his face. Tyler slowly rises to his feet and the two men lock up.
Breeze transitions into an armlock and twists the arm behind his back. He kicks the knee and forces Mitchell to kneel before bringing him onto his side and bends the arm back before stomping on it. Tyler connects with a double footstomp to the abdomen for a two count pin. He sits Mitchell up and connects with a kick to the back of the head before springboarding for a moonsault into another two count. Breeze transitions into a heel lock. He slings his fists down on the back of the leg to weaken Knight, but he refuses to tap out. Knight manages to kick Tyler off before standing to his feet, limping. Breeze connects with a shoulder block to the back of the leg and hooks the good leg. Mitchell manages to kick out despite the pain.
Tyler tries to work on the leg more, bending it around his torso while twisting the ankle. Knight fights back with punches to the back of the head. He rises and Breeze tries for a clothesline, eating a neckbreaker. Mitchel slowly rises and forces Tyler up for an Irish whip and landing a sling blade. He’s up again as Breeze sits up and ignores the pain for a rebounding sliding knee to the chest. He’s a second late to pin the champion and Tyler kicks out at two. Tyler tries to clear his head as Mitchell quickly transitions into an armbar. Tyler holds his hands together as long as he can, but Knight manages to pull the arm back. Tyler doesn’t tap out, attacking the hurt leg again until Knight backs off.
Tyler grabs the leg as he stands for the figure-four, but Knight rolls him up for a two count. He trips Breeze up as he stands and connects with a double footstomp to the back of the head. Mitchell rolls him over for another two count. Knight forces Tyler into the corner and drives a kick to the abdomen before going in for a clothesline. He jumps as Mitchell tries to attack the legs and kicks him in the face before following up with a rolling senton. As Breeze looks to follow up, Jackal comes racing out and shoves Tyler out of the way. He starts to beat down on Mitchell to throw away the match. Pissed at the disqualification, Breeze yanks Jackal back from knight and the two begin to brawl with Tyler gaining the upper hand.
Jackal narrowly escapes the Beauty Shot and retreats back up the ramp, vowing to get his title back. Tyler tried to help Mitchell up, but he snatched away. He looks Tyler up and down before limping up the ramp, needing no help from the PCW Champion.

Spike Trivet vs Indigo Kelly

The camera follows Dawn as she makes her way towards what appears to be a church. She pushed upon the grand, wooden doors with little effort. The old hinges creaked and whined as the doors flew open, a gust of air pouring out. Red locks and black robe whipped back as the wind pushed back against her, but it was only for a moment. She was able to enter the building seconds after. It was dim with only the moonlight casting bits and pieces of light into the first room.
She passed by half-lit benches. A few had dusty bibles placed upon them with the covers and pages withered away. The candles perched upon the walls melted down to the holder, dried after years of being unused. She passed by the alter and approached a door off to the left. It creaked open and she descended the steps of the cramped stairwell. Down and down she went until she came upon a new room.
It was brightly lit with multiple candles. Coffins were aligned on both sides of her, no carvings engraved into the lid. They were all nameless corpses, but her eyes settled on the centre casket in the back of the room. A bowl and several ingredients were on the floor. She’s been here before. Isla approached the coffin without delay and lifted the lid. As Isla looked down upon the body with a smile, it began to stir. The legs twitched and the fingers popped. Dawn stood back, leaving the lid open as the massive frame slowly sat up. Its face contorted into a snarl as the head snapped in her direction, eyes filled with black muck.
She brought it back from the grave. It would never be whole again, but she didn’t need it to be. She just needed obedience. “Do you know who I am?” She asks. It stared at her without making a sound. “I am the White Witch, but you may call me Isla. I have risen your body from the grave. You would have been rotten flesh filled with scavengers from the earth if I had left you in the woods.”
Still, it said nothing. It looks around, taking in its surroundings. The flesh was pale, almost white. While the body did not decompose, it had begun to stiffen as it laid in the coffin. It continued to move its bones and feel out its muscles. “Do you remember how you died?” It nodded. “Is it a painful memory.” No response. “Why don’t we pay your former home a visit?” It finally swung its legs over the coffin and stepped out, awkwardly approaching her as the body was still rigid. The head tilted to one side and its mouth opened, tongue dry and cracking slightly. No sound came out. Its voice had not returned yet. “Come now. We have work to do.”

Will Ospreay vs MJF
2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match
Winner challenges for the Future of Phoenix Championship and picks the stipulation.

MJF attempts to attack Will on his way to the ring, but Ospreay had it scouted and dodged a forearm. He drives a superkick into the chin and shoves the back into the apron. Will grabs a nearby chair and starts to unleash it upon MJF before the man escapes into the ring. The match begins as Ospreay climbs up high and leaps off with a missile dropkick. He gets a one count and looks to springboard with a moonsault. MJF rolls out of the way and recuperates before stomping his boot into the back of the head. MJF proceeds to force Will into the corner and chops the chest. He slams the head into the corner and lifts Will up on the top. He looks for the suplex, but Will fights back and takes him down with a sunset flip powerbomb for a two count.
MJF can barely sit up as Will rolls him up for another two count. Ospreay rebounds off the ropes for a double footstomp to the back. He then grabs the arm and bends it behind MJF. MJF manages to get from under Will and lifts him from the mat into an Argentine hold, flipping Will over for a sitout facebuster. He hooks the leg for a two count. MJF forces Will up and by the waist upside down and tosses him into the corner with a buckle bomb. He elbows will multiple times and charges for a shoulder block. Will hops up in time and flips over his opponent. He connects with a heel kick as MFJ faces him. Ospreay quickly follows up with a Straightjacket suplex for a two count. Will forced him up and forearms him before going for a clothesline that’s reversed into a pin, MJF grabbing the tights for the first victory.
Ospreay has no time to be shocked as MJF tosses him onto the apron through the ropes. He steps out on the apron and tries to lifts Will for another powerbomb, but Will fights back and shoves MJF into the ring post. He topples down to the floor and Ospreay times it right before connecting with a dropkick to send his opponent into the barricade. The referee continues to count as Will tosses MJF into the ring. As he slides in, MJF jabs the eyes. He tries to roll up Will again, but he kicks out. MJF tried to capitalize off the blindness with a kick to the gut and plants Will with a DDT. He goes for another pin, but only gets a two count.
He forces Ospreay to his knees before driving knee after knee into the face. He then punches Will before spitting in his face. The ground are disgusted and boos MJF as he waves them off and goes for a Full Nelson hold. Will slips through and rolls him up and manages to get the three count. Will wastes no time celebrating and connects with a shining wizard, trying for the winning fall. MJF kicks out again. Ospreay drags MJF to the corner and climbs high, but MJF knocks the leg out from under him. He climbs the ropes and plants Will with a spider suplex from the corner. MJF wipes his hands together with a smug look on his face as he climbs down. He proceeds to uppercut Will as he stands before whipping him into the ropes. He plants Will with a spinebuster and hooks the leg. Only a two count. Becoming frustrated, MJF drives fist after fist into the face. He drags Will into the ropes and chokes him before getting out on the apron. He goes for a running knee into the face, but Will moves out of the way and locks in a dragon sleeper through the ropes.
He’s forced to let go at three and kicks MJF off the apron. Will quickly goes up high and leaps off with a meteora to MJF on the outside, but he’s caught and dropped onto the barricade on his back. MJF throws fist after fist into the face and eventually Will tries to fight back. The two remain on the outside as they brawl, trying to maul each other. The referee keeps counting until she reaches ten and disqualifies them both.
The fans boo as the match ends unceremoniously and Taya comes out with a fixed expression of anger.
“Idiotas, idiotas—if I wanted you to brawl, you’d be in No Holds Barred match. Now who the hell is going to face Mitchell?” She rolls her eyes and facepalms before a smile forms. She looks at both men and laughs. “I’d restart this match if I felt it was worth the effort but I have a better idea. Both of you will face Mitchell and instead of that match being next week, I’ll save it for the Black Rain. Until further noticed, however, you two will not be allowed near each other. I need you both healthy for that match, especially since I’ll be picking the stipulation. And you know me... I’ll make sure it’s a pretty damaging one.”
