Phase Seventy-One: Tyler's Modern Life
Future Schlock

“And just like that, I got rid of Tessa Blanchard.” Rhea smiles and shakes her head. “I’m actually pretty disappointed in her performance. She hardly put up a fight. I thought Tessa could give me something, a bit of a boost up the ladder, but really? She left much to be desired. She’s right, though, in saying I should be gunning for the big fish.”
Ripley pauses for a second and looks out to the crowd with a grin. “I could run up on any of the champions in PCW and they’d never see it coming. It’s all a matter of who, when, and where? Every last one of them better keep an eye out because I’m coming for the top spot in this company.”

Priscilla Kelly vs Allysin Kay
Kelly awaits her opponent and it’s soon revealed as the choir starts to sing. The theme was instantly recognizable and pinkies were up across the arena as Allysin Kay made her appearance with an unexpected return. Priscilla wasn’t waiting for Kay to enter the ring and instead slid out to meet her head-on. The two women clash and Priscilla gouges the eyes for the advantage, driving a kick to the side of the head. Kay is down and Kelly grabs her by the hair to pull her down the ramp. She tries to slam Allysin’s into the apron and eats an elbow. Kay fights her off and chops the chest with an open palm before shoving Kelly back into the barricade.
Allysin forced her up and slings her into the ring to start the match. She playfully kicks her head to the side before lifting her up around the waist. Kelly reverses into a roll-up pin, but Allysin kicks out and transitions into a heel lock. Priscilla struggles to get out of it, eventually dragging herself to the ropes. Allysin backs off, but gives her no time to breathe as she kicks the same leg out from under Kelly. Priscilla is down and Allysin stomps the leg while Kelly crawls into the ropes to evade her. Allysin forced her up and chops the chest before racing in for the shoulder block. Kelly leaps up and gets the sunset flip powerbomb out of the corner for a two count.
Kay is up and Priscilla manages to get the huracarrana from the second rope. Allysin flies across the ring and rolls out onto the floor. Kelly climbs up high and leaps off with the crossbody to take her down. Back on the outside, Kelly keeps control by slinging Kay into the ring post. Allysin stumbles forward and Priscilla leaps on the back. She scratches at the face and Kay drives her back into the steel post. Kelly drops down and Allysin creates some distance. Once her vision is back, Kelly is already on the apron. She tries for a kick to the chest, but Allysin grabs her and slings it back to drop her on her chest. Kay rolls her in for the pin. Two count.
Kay glares at the referee while mounting Kelly and begins to punch down into the face with careful and precise shots. Priscilla blocks her face and Allysin starts driving her firsts into the sides and abdomen. She grabs Priscilla by her neck and lifts her off the mat before dropping her with a spinebuster. She goes for another pin and Kelly still kicks out. Allysin is up and waits in the corner, looking for the Silencer as Priscilla is up, but Kelly gets the superkick to stop her. Kelly follows up with a dropkick to the leg and rebounds off the ropes with a running boot the face for a pin. One...two...t—Kay rolls over to pin the shoulders down. One...two—Kelly kicks out. She tries to get Allysin with a clothesline, but Kay ducks and gets her with the Saito Suplex. Kelly is down and Allysin stands just behind her as she slowly gets up to take Priscilla down with the Big D lariat for the three count.
Rather than celebrating, Kay left the ring almost immediately. She leaves Priscilla alone as she makes her way up the ramp with a deeply set frown, as if the victory wasn’t satisfying enough for her tastes.
Austin Aries vs Spike Trivet (With Zara Sabre)

Aries tries for the armlock, but Trivet elbows him back hard and follows up with a shoulder tackle. He runs the ropes and jumps over Austin before eating a dropkick as he rebounds. Aries drops the pendulum elbow and hooks the leg for a one count. Zara looks on from the outside with a frown as Trivet looks to be in trouble. He crawls into the corner and Aries goes for the sliding elbow into the chest. Spike stumbles out of the corner as Austin goes up high. Zara is on the apron and she thought about distracting Aries. Instead she allows Austin to get the crossbody for a close two count.
Spike rolls out of the ring, trying to recuperate. Austin looks for the suicide dive, but Trivet gets the uppercut just in time. He tries to roll Aries up and gets the two count. Zara is still looking on intently as Spike has the headlock. He gets the takedown to choke him out. Aries gets the legs around the neck, forcing Spike to wiggle out. Aries tries for the forearm, but Spike blocks it and turns him around to get him on the shoulders. Spike drops him with a sitoit facebuster to hook the leg. One...two...Aries kicks out. Spike forces Austin up, hooking the arm and neck, but he counters and rolls up Spike. Trivet reverses the pin for a packaged pin of his own. He doesn’t see Zara push them over to get his shoulders down and Austin to suddenly pin him.
Spike looks on in disbelief at the referee while Zara feigns innocence. He looks to her with a skeptical glance and rolls out of the ring, the two now arguing. Zara tries to walk away, but he grabs her, rewarding him a slap across the face. “I’m done being your sidekick!” She shrieks as she shoves him back and walks away while Austin continues to celebrate in the ring.

Atwell with Scarlett Bordeaux

The scene cut to backstage, where Hayley held her microphone. "Hello ladies and gentlemen, my guest at this time is-" the woman's sentence was cut off by the appearance of one Scarlett Bordeaux. The look upon her face was far from a pleased one as her eyes gazed daggers into the interviewer.
"That introduction was dreadful and I really hope your questions don't follow suit, five." Scarlett was dressed in a red leather bodysuit that hugged each and every curve the woman possessed. Her PSL inspired hair falling to each shoulder as she impatiently waited for the first question.
"Okay, so, about last week. You were attacked-" This interruption was caused by the Smokeshow grabbing the microphone from Hayley's hands and giving a roll of her eyes.
"Gee, way to state the obvious, sunshine. Get lost. You've proven to be useless to me." Scarlett shooed Hayley until the woman shrugged, not wanting to deal with the Smokeshow any longer.
"That's better. Now, to focus on the events of last week. As I mentioned on my twitter feed, I'm not surprised by the actions of a pair of fives desperate for attention. No, no. You see, when you look as good as I do." The woman ran a hand along her curves, a smirk forming across tinted lips.
"When you have the skillset that I do, the brains, the power, all the people surrounding you tend to get jealous. I mean sure, I may have lost my title match but did you see how quickly I beat you, Priscilla?" The memory caused a little glimmer in her eye.
"I put you down and just like that--" which would be emphasized by a snap of her perfectly manicured fingers. "I'm back in the game. Meanwhile, you and your little pet Indigo have been.. how do I put this as nicely as possible.." she tapped her index finger against her chin for a moment in thought. "Ah, I know. Two useless bitches who absolutely no one gives a shit about. Jealousy is ugly, yet I'm used to the effects it has on those around me and you know what? I welcome the challenge of kicking both of your asses because it'll get me back to the top, where I belong."
The smirk faded into a serious, near evil expression. "If you've paid attention, you know I'll rip your hearts out and laugh at your final breaths before your bodies fall like a ton of bricks. Be sure that you're ready, not everyone can handle the flame."
Scarlett threw the microphone into the background before flicking her hair behind her shoulder. Turning on her heel, she walked off and out of the sight of the camera with the chilling message still lingering in the air.

Jackal follows up with a running knee and tries for another pin. Kross kicks out again. Jackal goes for a springboard moonsault, but Killer Kross catches him and drops him with a spinning DDT for the pin. Phil kicks out at two. He groggily stands and narrowly dodges a lariat. He jumps on the back, trying to choke out Kross, but he’s thrown off onto the mat.
Jackal rolls out of the way of an elbow drop and follows up with a dropkick to the side. Kross rolls into the ropes and Phil looks for a clothesline. Kross sends him over onto the apron and headbutts Jackal. He gets on the apron and follows up with a powerbomb. Phil slumps to the floor and Kross starts to laugh as he jumps down right onto the back. Phil howls in pain as Kross forces him up and slings him into the barricade. Killer Kross continues to brutalize Jackal, not even bothering with the rules. He tries to drop Jackal onto the steps, but he counters into a hurricarana into the steel steps. Jackal forgets the rules himself, driving boot after boot into the abdomen until the ten count was made.
He retrieved a chair, looking to send a message to Kross, but it was booted from his hands as Killer Kross stands. Jackal gets him with an enziguri and gets to the apron for the meteora. Kross catches him, however, and slams the back into the ringpost. These two men battle it out until Kross manages to drop Phil with the Doomsday Saito to the floor. Jackal didn’t move as Killer Kross stands over him with a twisted grin on his face.
Melissa Santos & Alexxis Nevaeh vs Rocket Stars

She rolls Jenny in for a two count pin. Alexxis tags in Santos and they double team Blake until the referee finally gets Alexxis out. Melissa uses the distraction to gouge the eyes.

Santos uppercuts Jenny and whips her into the corner. She races in for the double knees, but Blake slips through the ropes to evade her. She takes her back down with clotheslines before quickly setting up for a suplex into the pin. Melissa kicks out at two. Hoshiki forces Melissa up and chops the chest before sending her into the ropes. Alexxis tags the back and Santos is caught in an armbar. Alexxis goes up high and leaps off with the double foot stomp to Hoshiki as the legal competitor. She hooks the leg, but Jenny breaks it up. Melissa makes the blonde pay with a superkick before taking her down to the mat. They brawl in the ring and Alexxis tries to help Santos. Arisa tries to get Alexxis from behind and the blonde elbows her back.
The referee loses complete control as all four women are still in the ring. It takes Natalya and Frankie to separate them all, but Santos isn’t done and slaps Natalya across the face. This sparks another fight as the champion spears Melissa down. Security is rushed in to break all six women apart, escorting them from the arena.

Feisty Geist

The camera swept over the room, capturing the destruction in a single glance. The walls had large holes in them, big enough to be from a human body. The ceiling had cracks and the floor was stained with blood. As the camera slowly panned down, Isla was in the middle of it all. She was alive, but barely. Turned over on her stomach, fingers barely wiggling and a leg twitching, Dawn stared out blankly at nothing. Her mouth was gaped open in horror as she laid there in a weakened state.
Despite no one being seen, Isla was lifted slowly into the air. Her frame was limp, still twitching slightly. She tries to speak, but only a drawn out groan was heard as her body floated towards the window. Her head begins rise, staring ahead of her as she nears the window. She tried to reach her arms out, grab onto something, but she was entirely too weak to stop it. She closed her eyes, a slow smile forming before her body was flung through the window by an unseen force. The glass shattered into a thousand pieces and all that remained was her robe as it got caught upon the broken pieces.
It blew in the wind as the owner was no longer attached to it. As the camera pans out, a shadowy figure appears on the far wall. It walks out of the room with heavy thuds, leaving the sorceress to live...or die a slow, painful death.

Jay Lethal vs Mitchell Knight vs Jon Moxley

Moxley has Lethal in the headlock briefly before Jay elbows the sides. He shoves Jon forward into the ropes and takes him down with a dropkick. Moxley rolls into the ropes and Mitchell connects with a baseball slide to send him out. He locks up with Jay and gets the arm drag before following up with a clothesline. Mitchell hooks the leg for a one count. The champion forces Lethal up and sends him into the corner. He races forward and connects with the running boot. Lethal stumbles out of the corner and Mitchell springboards from the corner with a crossbody. Lethal kicks out of the pin attempt.
Moxley is back in as Jay tries to recuperate, grabbing Mitchell from behind. The champion elbows Moxley back and rebounds off the ropes, only to be taken down with a clothesline. Knight slowly stands moments later and Jon grabs the hair before slamming the face into the turnbuckle. He drives multiple punches into the face and body before sending Mitchell into the corner, shoulder hitting the post. As the match continues, someone makes an appearance. A familiar face in Zack Sabre Jr. The former All-Weight Champion stands on stage as Knight tries to get back in the match.
Jon was beating down Jay and lifts him up on the top rope before trying for a suplex. Knight climbs up high as Jon lifts Lethal up straight and leaps off with a spear to Jay’s midsection for a sort of Tower of Doom, sending all three of them down to the mat. Zack claps a little for the champion as he scrambles for a pin to Lethal. Two count. He tries Moxley—two count. Knight forces up Jon and eats an uppercut. He stumbles back into the ropes and is clotheslined to the apron. Moxley can’t follow up as Lethal comes from behind with a German Suplex. He looks to follow up with a DDT and plants Jon to the mat. Jay tries to follow up but eats a running knee from Mitchell and is tossed out of the ring. Knight goes up high for the Opal Miner foot stomp to Moxley and locks in the victory.
Zack makes his way down the ramp and requests a mic before stepping onto the apron. “Congratulations, champ. I noticed you have a challenger in Austin Theory, but I wanted to remind you that there are better competitors in this company who are worth your time. A former carrier of that belt is all the competition you need. And if you’re listening, Theory, stand down and leave the big matches to the best athletes. PCW isn’t a place for children with inflated egos that don’t match their quality of wrestling.”
Zack smirks as Knight inches towards him and the ropes. “Relax, Knight. I’m not here to fight...yet. We will lock up and he’s going to be for that Future Phoenix Championship. If Austin thinks he is more worthy, than he can come see me. Until then, I suggest you enjoy your last month with that title.”
