PCW Live: But I'm A Pro Wrestler

Salina de La Renta

M1.png

Salina stands in the ring with a mic in hand a fixed expression on her face—stoic. It’s almost as if she had no emotion as she brought it to her lips. “Scarlett and Kenny want us to be just as responsible if we lose and leave. Considering I am confident in mine and Low-Ki’s abilities, I accept that challenge.”

That was it. That was all that needed to be said and Salina threw the mic down before exiting the ring.

Kyle O'Reilly vs Taeler Hendrix (Jay Lethal Banned from Ringside)

M2.png

It was a slow match with Taeler controlling that steady tempo. Kyle had never competed against her before and it showed. He didn’t know how to approach Taeler and his strikes, while effective, only made Hendrix that much more dangerous when she got a hold of him. It was the kiss that froze him still long enough for a spinning, heel kick that sends him down for a close two count. She crawled on top of him and began to choke him, ignoring the count until she’s disqualified.

Jay was nowhere to be seen, but it was clear that the woman was weakening his opponent. She beats down on Kyle and forces him to his feet before sending him outside the ring. Hendrix proceeds to break him down on the outside and eventually delivers a powerful DDT to Kyle on the outside to send a message straight from her husband.

Frankie Valentine (With Natalya) vs Charlie Morgan

M3.png

Frankie was focused tonight and took it to Charlie as Natalya looked on. Morgan was no easy win, however, and fought back with all her might. It took Frankie going up with the Coup de Grace split-legged moonsault to hook the leg. Natalya was so distracted as Frankie went for the win that R.A.W’s invasion took her by surprise. They beat down on the champion as Frankie secures her victory.

By the time she raced out to help, Tessa and Carmella were up the ramp and looking down on the champions with devilish grins. Frankie wasn’t having that, though. She races right after them and takes out Carmella first before slugging it out with Tessa. She sends the third generation star off the ramp and to the floor before beating down on Carmella even more. She had had enough and it took Natalya retrieving the woman to end the assault on their opponents in two weeks.

God forgives...

M4.png

Valkyrie had her boots kicked up on the desk as a Kross sat across from her. Shades covered her eyes, made it impossible to read her expression as she barely parted her boots to look at him.

“Week after week I’ve had to hear you whine and complain about Tyler when it was you that caused his absence. I thought you were smart, but intelligence never overcomes when you’re dealing with a natural animal. Thing is, Kross, you’re not the only one who can get that way, and if you continue on this path? You’ll see exactly what I mean. What’s it gonna be?”

He looked at her through his own shades and laughed, his voice booming in the office. He slowly removed his shades and his eyes were wide—filled with malice and insanity.

“You don’t scare me, Valkyrie. A little angel with broken wings doesn’t strike fear. In fact, it’s laughable to see you pretend. Like Breeze, you put on this mask in the hopes that no one can see the flaws. You’re a model of imperfection and failure, but you try hard to deny it, to come face-to-face with your shortcomings. I am a beast, as you so kindly put it, with a mind that can unravel the very foundations of PCW. In my eyes, I am the most dangerous thing to ever enter this battleground, this sanctuary of damnation and sin, and you believe that you’re going to pressure me to stay put?”

He starts to laugh again and she doesn’t make a sound. It was hard to tell if she was even looking at him, but just as his voice boomed again, filling the room entirely... She stood up with such speed that he actually backed up in his seat. Kross was ready to fight as she slammed her hands against the wood. She removed her shades and quiet fury laid behind them.

“Next week, think of it as a little warm-up for the pay-per-view. Tyler will be present regardless of his injuries. You’ll be facing Jimmy Havoc.”

They silently stared at each other with equal madness—his as vivid as ever with wide eyes and a low cackle to match. A vocal madman with little restraint. For her, the darkening of her iris would lead one to believe she could lunge at any moment and never change her expression. A silent maniac in her own right.

“Dios perdona, los perros no.” For the first time, Kross was puzzled, but Taya’s smile was wide and plentiful, her own cackle starting to arise.

Jenny Blake vs MJF

M5.png

MJF had Blake on the ropes for a while, however, she fought back and took it to him with all her might. She took control and sent him to the outside before following through with a suicide dive. It was as she tossed him in that Priscilla appeared, almost as if she simply manifested near the ring. Blake never saw her coming, but rather than attacking, Kelly watched with great interest.

Blake didn’t even realize she was present until turning around and flinching back from surprise. Kelly remained and Blake slowly entered the ring. MJF took advantage with a roll-up, but she kicks out to Kelly’s delight. She began to cheer Jenny on, which confused her, and it almost costs her again. Blake battles back, ignoring Priscilla to secure the victory with a jawbreaker that she transitions into a Canadian Destroyer.

Priscilla claps for Jenny and enters the ring, holding her hand out. The two of them had a match of their own coming up and it made Jenny suspicious that this kindness was shown. She hesitantly shook the succubus’s hand and she instantly regretted it as Kelly spat green mist to the face. She follows up with a kick to the head and entangles Jenny in

Mecha Wolf vs Jimmy Havoc

M6.png

The two men battled it out with hard strikes early on. Mecha Wolf sinks his teeth into the arm at one point, but it was only minimally effective. Jimmy was used to this kind of torture and did one even better by shoving his arm forward into the face to force Wolf back. He sends the man down with a headbutt before looking to send him into the corner. Wolf reverses and pulls Jimmy into a knee strike in the abdomen. He follows up with a Code Red that results in a two count.

Havoc eventually gets back into it and sends Wolf onto the apron before bringing him back into the ring with a suplex. Havoc hooks the leg but kicks out at two. He forces Wolf up for a forearm, but Mecha counters and drives multiple kicks to the leg. Havoc drops down and Wolf takes him out with a knee to the face for a close count. The two continues this battle until it’s Jimmy with a surprise thrust to the throat and an Acid Rainmaker to end it all and gain a point.

Jay Lethal on Kyle O'Reilly

M7.png

Indigo stepped through the same passageway as before and made her way down. She knew to come here on Harlow’s invite was reckless, but the woman already knew she was there. There was no point in recoiling at this point. The woman makes it to the end and notices Sami by Bray’s side in the corner. He was staring at her with blank eyes and she grimaced. Wyatt smiled and nodded in her direction. Harlow stood just meters away between Corvus and Vipress.

“So this is your little funhouse or psychos, huh? Corvus wasn’t enough? You had to go build an army?”

“Don’t fret yourself with who I align with, Indigo. Your concern should be why you’re here and if I’ll even let you walk out alive.”

“You don’t have a choice, bitch,” she spits with venom as she pulls a charm her pocket. Harlow makes a disgusted expression and looks to Indigo with confusion.

“And where did you retrieve that? From my collection, perhaps? It looks awfully familiar. Stealing is so uncharacteristic of you, Indigo. Your little wolf friend wouldn’t like that much at all.”

“Mom and I may not be close, but she...she knows her shit. Maybe it was taken from you at some point, but she did a little bit of this and that and well....you get close to me and you’re in for a world of hurt. Now that we got that out of the way, why am I here?”

Harlow smiled and put a hand on Corvus’s shoulder. “It’s time we ended this ‘rivalry’ once and for all. It’ll end as it began—just the two of us. You against me to finally discern which of us was destined to rise above the masses as the supreme. You may have lost your demon side, but your life is still very much intertwined with the evils of this world. You knew that though...didn’t you?” Her smile widens as Indigo looks on in disgust.

“No bullshit, no outside interferences—just us?” She glances at Bray and Sami and raises an eyebrow.

“Just us. They fulfilled their purpose, but I quite like their company. They truly know how to make things...interesting. They won’t interrupt us, however, because this is special between us. We were always meant to reach this point in our lives and unveil the greater plan at play here. He’s watching and waiting to see who will take his place. You can feel it, right, Indigo? You can feel Him growing restless... It’s only a matter of time.”

“......you and me, bitch. Two weeks.”

Rhea Ripley vs Zack Sabre Jr.

M8.png

This match was quick-paced with Zack keeping control with his speed. He tried to tie up Ripley more than once, but she overpowered him every time. The woman used her strength to send him crashing down with a powerbomb. She got a close count and landed fist after fist to the face. She followed up with lifting him high over her head and he counters with a chokehold from behind.

Ripley knocks him by racing back into the corner and elbows him before going for the big boot. He ducks out of the corner and connects with an enzuigiri. Sabre springboards for corkscrew senton from the corner and hooks the leg, but she kicks out. Sabre retains control by getting her into an armbar of sorts, trying to weaken her any way he can’t. She rolls him up into a pin and forces him to let go before driving a forearm into the face. Rhea quickly follows up with the Riptide to put him away and secure another point.

Sami Callihan (With Bray Wyatt) vs Phil Jackal

M9.png

Sami was quick to attack Jackal. He didn’t hold back on the smaller man and easily tossed him outside the ring. Phil didn’t lie down and take it, though, fighting back with a kick to the abdomen from the floor. He separated himself from Callihan and led the man into the ring post as he lunged for the attack. Jackal drives a superkick to the chin and sent him back into the ring for the pin, but he kicks out.

As the match continued, Sami became more erratic and feral. He was growing tired of playing fair and started to choke Jackal on the ropes. He slams his face into the turnbuckle and slings him out onto the mat before retrieving a barbed wire bat from under the ring. Callihan wasted no time in driving the metal and wire into the back, tearing at the skin. He even grinds the bat into the face, leaving behind marks.

The match has long since been called off, but Sami kept going. He found chairs and beats down on Jackal without restraint. He eventually drops the man onto a pile. It was this act of violence that sent Melissa limping out to the ring. She should’ve been hospitalized, but here she was and crawling into the ring. The woman used her body as a shield for Jackal. Not to protect him, but to test Sami. She stared him in his eyes and found nothing. It further showed as he grabbed her by the neck and choked her without hesitation. She kicked her legs, tried to fight back, but it was Jackal’s sudden superkick that saves her.

He escapes the ring quickly, but Santos stays put and drives a kick to the face as he tried to stand. It stunned Sami long enough for her to go up high and deliver a huracarrana. Callihan rolls out of the ring, recuperating and she demands a mic.

“Two weeks...in two weeks...I want you in this ring. I’ll do anything to bring you back to me. Even beat you. No Bray, no fireflies, it’ll just be the two of us...like it’s supposed to be. I’m not afraid to fight. Bray can play all the mind games he wants, but I’m not going anywhere.”
