She spent three years within the promotion's developmental phase; however, she was not called up to the NXT promotion.

She has debuted in Shimemr Women Athletes before the company was defunct, facing the likes of Santana Garrett, Zoey Skye, and Shazza McKenzie during that time. She has also made sporadic appearances within the sister promotino, Shine Wrestling, in which she faced Renee Michelle for the Shine Nova Championship in a losing effort. She has also faced Natalia Markova and Shotzi Blackheart in one-off scenarios.

Ring of Honor (2022-2024)

Karisma began working Ring of Honor matches, initially as one-off exchanges, soon after the acquisition of the promotion by All Elite Wrestling in May. She debuted on against Lady Frost in a losing effort before making a return with a victory against Queen Aminata. Karisma returned in July and began making regular appearances on the show before being signed to a deal with AEW in 2024.

On May 14, 2025, Karisma annoucned her debut to Ring of Honor and her inclusion in the ROH Women's Pure Championship tournament. On May 15, 2025 she faced off against Rachael Ellering in a winning effort. She captures another victory on the following week on May 23 against Madison Rayne.

After a few weeks of being missing in action, K.A.T returns against Lady Frost on June 6 and is approached by Taya Valkyrie before the match, looking to add Karisma to her entourage. Karisma declines and went on to face Frost in a winning effort; however, things turned sour after Taya Valkyrie attacks Frost post-match. She attempts to target Karisma, as well, but the latter fends her off.

On June 19, in Mexico City, Mexico, Karisma is set to face Valkyrie; however, she's attacked before the match by Taya herself. Karisma goes on to make the match, but loses against Valkyrie after a devestating Road to Valhalla.

After several months of absence, Karisma returns to Ring of Honor at Final Battle for the Zero Hour preshow on December 5, 2025. She took on Leila Grey in a winning effort. She confronts newly crowned ROH Pure Women's Champion, Deonna Purrazzo, backstage, seemingly challenging for the title in the future. The following week, she defeated Sahara Seven in a Pure Rules match, capturing the attention of the champion to further hint at a possible clash for the new pure women's title.

Karisma goes on to be successful against Nina Samuels at Global Wars: United Kingdom. She strings together several weeks of victories before challenging Deonna Purrazzo for the ROH Pure Women's Championship on January 22, 2026 in a losing effort.
