This is a sum up of our relationship with Infinite through their songs.

 

The two of you had a nice relationship. You were each others' best friend and lover, and eventually you became each others' everything. You lived and breathed for one another. There was so much love and care put out by both of you. So much that after awhile, the others around you found it overwhelming. Your friends voiced their concerns to you but you ignored it and fell deeper with him.

However it didn't take long for you to noticed what your friends tried to warn you about. He began to feel anxious about everything you do, especially things involving other guys. You hung out with your friends less and less because he wanted to be with you all the time. Little arguments turned to explosive fights that usually involved him apologizing first and begging you to no longer be mad.

It was becoming destructive and you knew it. It was no longer the same innocent love from the beginning. It was a possessive and overwhelming love and you knew you had to get out of it. You decided that letting the relationship go would be for the best. You painfully broke up with him, and he agreed despite how much he didn't want to.

 

Come Back Again

The break up took the greatest toll on him. He was so heartbroken that for awhile, he didn't even want to see anyone. The two of you stayed away from each other thinking that the distance would help you two move on. After awhile, it became convincing and you two were able to live separate lives without a problem, but deep down you still had feelings for each other.

You tried to date other guys, but none of them lasted. He couldn't date any girl at all. To him, there was no one else that understood him like you do and make him feel like you do. Loving another person was an impossible feat for him because all he wants is you. He is set on getting you back and when you guys met again, he put all his efforts into it.

He started to court you again and it felt like the beginning of your past relationship. He would draw you in with his sweet words, and make you smile with the little things he does. You began to feel that same comfort from before, but you still wavered. "I can’t give up on you like this! Please be with me once again. I know I’m greedy but, come back again"

 

She's Back

Although your feelings wavered, his efforts stood strong. He continued to show you how much he wanted you back, but it was different from before. He gave you the time and space that you needed. You began to feel that maybe it was okay to take him back. Maybe you've both learned from your mistakes and that your relationship would be better this time around. However, you were still not fully convinced. You still had wavering feelings and you didn't want to take him back feeling that way. You told him this, and he promise you that he'd wait. "For you I will wait patiently.So I can go to you. So we can smile together."

 

BTD (Before the Dawn)

He continued to wait as he promised, but what you didn't know was that it was taking a toll on him. The longer you made him wait, the more his heart ached for you. More and more, he wanted you back in his arms. The feelings were quickly becoming uncontrollable, but he tried his best not to show you. He showed you his new self while his heart screamed for you to come back to him.

The love that he had for you has turned into an obsession. He became more and more fixated on getting you back just to have you. He knew it, but he couldn't help himself. He had fallen so deep for you, and he can no longer pull himself back up. He wanted you to be his and only his, and even though he tried to let you go like you did him before, he couldn't do it. Having you was the only solution he could think of, regardless of how greedy or heartless it was.

"No matter how many times you throw me away or how much you prevent it. I’m never going to let you go."

 

Nothing's Over

While he continued his efforts while trying to keep his intentions buried within himself, the worse happened. You met someone. It was something that he never even thought of happening because all he saw was the two of you. You started to drift away from him again and he didn't like it. You still came to him, but he knew you were also interested in the other guy. Your feelings continued to waver, and you wondered if you should've taken him back earlier. When you weren't as torn as you are now.

He couldn't do anything but continue to stay by your side. It became more and more painful for him. The more confused you got the more you wanted to run back to his arms. It was the safest choice for you. The only place you've genuinely felt comfort in. Even though that was the past, it was still your safest bet. Seeing you confused and afraid of you leaving him again, he confessed to you, "We can separate, yeah we can. But not like this. I can’t end it. You can’t see another guy. You can’t be already like this. It’s not the end yet. You’re the only one to me"

 

Can U Smile

After his confession, there was a period of rekindled happiness. The two of you found the innocent love you once shared, but the other guy stayed close and made the peace you had shortlived. Although you both fought very hard to take back what you once had, it wasn't working. The love wasn't overwhelming, but it didn't feel like it was enough.

It was like you quickly got bored of him and he noticed it. The only con to your current relationship is that it knocked some sense into him. He knew you weren't happy. He had to let you go to see you smile again. Saying that he'll be fine this time, he let you go.

 

Be Mine

The two of you stayed as friends after the break up. You moved on with the other guy, and he also started to look for a new love. However, like before, he was still brought back to you. Wherever he went, he ended up in front of you. You were still irreplaceable to him.

Your new guy didn't like it that you were friends with him. He didn't feel comfortable with it, but you couldn't push him away. You needed him by your side no matter what. This made your new relationship chaotic and eventually, your boyfriend began accusing you of cheating. You ran to him for comfort, and he gave it to you as much as he could. It hurt him seeing you that way. He hated sending you off to this guy only to find you in tears. He felt like it was his fault.

"Be mine. I love you. I worry about you. I’ll take care of you until the end." His words were like a spell drawing you into him. The comfort he gave you was more than anyone has ever given you. "It wasn’t easy, right? I don’t want to see you like that ever again." He sheltered you with his words until your boyfriend finally broke up with you. You had no place else to go but to him. "I’ll cover up your deep scars and make you laugh, and make you mine."

 

Paradise

You were shattered, and he knew. You needed him and he knew. Like you, he was broken, unsure of how things will turn out this time around. However, he also knew that you both needed someone, and only had each other. So you held on to him, and made it his goal to piece you together. He wanted to piece both of you together so that one day you can both smile again. One day you will both be able to love in the best of ways. Until then, you will both heal, together. 

"You need to be here for it to be paradise. This is paradise where I locked you up against your will." Although his words were grim, you wanted to trust him. "A sad paradise where you can’t leave even when you wake up. A paradise where we can be together forever." What the future will bring for both of you is a mystery. You're both unsure of what will result from this paradise you've created for each other. The only thing you both know is that you need each other and that you will be there for each other even if it meant forever.
