I-765 is a form that you need to fill to apply for an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) in the United States. Most nonimmigrant’s are not allowed to work in the United States. There are of course exceptions to it.

Make sure that you fill the form correctly or it could delay the process. Also be completely honest about what you write in there.

Finally pay the fees then wait 60-90 days to get your Employment Authorization Card (EAD) in the mail. This card is valid for one year and you need to file for an extension before your card expires.
