Requirements for Obtaining the Licence
To be eligible for an Electrical Installation Licence in Singapore, applicants must:

Engage a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) of the appropriate class (Grade 7, 8, or 9).

Submit an application through EMA’s e-Licensing System (ELS).
