Abu Abd al-Khawli remains missing more than two years and three months after his arrest.

 

The story of the arrest of al-Khawli is a story from a series of methodological treachery that I used to witness myself. I will narrate it for people that don’t know it and remind those having forgotten this noble hero.

 

Jabhat al-Jolani decided with instigation of Khawarij from Jund Daesh (Army of Daesh - in referral to ‘Jund al-Aqsa’ -) to storm Jabal al-Zawiyah. The Khawarij of Jund Daesh threatened Jabhat al-Jolani with a divorce if she would not storm the mountain and eradicate the Syrian Revolutionaries Front. I was on the ground within a team trying to stop the fitnah and bloodshed. The coalition of Jabhat al-Jolani and Jund Daesh refused all calls to stop fighting and resort to Shar’i judgment and insisted in fighting.

 

Among the initiatives was to establish forces of separation from sixteen factions, separating the two combatants and preventing friction and engagement between them. It was agreed that the forces from the sixteen factions would convene in Khan al-Subul, in front of the maqar of Harakat Hazm. These forces were only forces of separation and didn’t gather to fight or support any of the two parties. Horns of Jabhat al-Jolani’s media however circulated that these forces came to support Jamal Ma’ruf and fight Jabhat al-Jolani. Allah is Witness and after that I and the whole group bear witness that they are liars.

 

At the separation checkpoints around hundred and some were stopped. Of them, ninety elements had come to support Jabhat al-Jolani and Jund Daesh. It was from method of Ahrar al-sham – those who today entered Hayat Tahrir al-Sham - to release them under the pretext of not aggravating the situation and as a prelude to the solution agreed upon by both parties. In fact she acted immediately - in good faith - and Abu Abd Allah demanded to release them although there were among them pure Dawaesh, carrying the official Islamic state in Iraq and the Levant ID-cards, he (a leader) refused absolutely so I told him to make photos of their ID-cards and to give me them.

 

He sent them away so the people would not take them as a pretext for continuing their tyranny and this is what indeed was done. And all the detainees were released with all their equipment and Abu Anas and Abu Saleh Tahan were standing at the door of the regiment to assure the departure of all. After it the agreement was signed and it was intended to neutralize the Aleppo front from the conflict because of her sensitivity at the time.

 

Everyone was surprised when after the signing Jabhat al-Jolani and Jund Daesh stormed a maqar of Harakat Hazm in Khan al-Subul. Al-Khawli got mad and decided on the spot to leave from regiment 46 in Atarib to Khan al-Subul and we tried to stop him but to no avail.

 

And indeed he arrived at Harakat’s maqar in Khan al-Subul and found that the people had occupied the maqar. Al-Khawli entered the maqar and took place in his office. The official of al-Nusrah came and asked him to leave. He said: “This is our maqar and this is my office and I will not get out.”

 

Sheikh Safar al-Safar came and tried hard to persuade him to leave but he refused. Sheikh Safar al-Safar obtained an oath and protection and agreement from the official of al-Nusrah for al-Khawli. He gave him a promise they would not touch al-Khawli. Sheikh Safar al-Safar left may Allah have mercy on him and informed us that he took from a commander of al-Nusrah an oath and protection and agreement that they will not touch al-Khawli.

 

And from that moment and as of this writing al-Khawli is between the security claws of al-Nusrah. They poured out their anger on him, made him taste colors of torment and fabricated for him accusations. Allah is Witness and after that they themselves witnessed and witness that the man is completely innocent and falsely accused of killing Sheikh Fadil Ya’qub al-Omr, as known by all in the field.
