Potential Scammer: The jobs posted are for workers who can fly to Chicago or Germany to work

Me: If possible the best way I could get paid would be through Email Money Transfer or Paypal. If none of those options fit then Cheque would be adequate. I currently bank with [bank thats not my bank]

 

Potential Scammer: We have come to the end of your interview session and I personally feel you have done well so far. Kindly hold back online while I forward our conversation to the executive team for proper review. I'll be back to you in 1-2 hours max

Potential Scammer: I would need you to provide me with the following details so your employment offer letter can be generated, also your company profile and other documentation [Request for personal information which indicated that I can’t provide a PO box]

 

Me: Unfortunately due to my living situation I don’t have a civic address and would need to provide a p.o. Box [this is accurate information i provided]

 

Potential Scammer: Where do you sleep

 

Me: At my house

 

Me: Which does not have a civic address

 

Potential Scammer: Are you saying there's no address on your house? That's not possible

 

Me: I live out in an extremely rural area and the only viable option for mail is a P.o. box in the nearest town [again this is accurate information]

 

Potential Scammer: Which house is closest to you?

Me: Like I said, where I live is extremely rural and the only option for mail is through a P.o. box in the nearest town.

 

Potential Scammer: We need to know cause that's where the vendor will be delivering your working materials

 

Me: The P.o. box is sufficient enough.

 

Potential Scammer: Get us the nearest address to you

 

Me: The nearest address is my P.o. box address

 

Me: If my situation does not work with you guys I believe finding another candidate to fill this position is the route you can take
