Clinic Hours : Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.• Phones are answered Monday through Friday from 8am to4:30pm.• Outside of clinic hours, if in an emergency, please visit thenearest Emergency Department.• If in case you do need assistance during the business hours, youare always welcome to call our office and leave a message for ourstaff.• Please be informed that this office is closed from 12pm-1pm andwe shall return your call after 1pm.MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY : We require you to contact usat least 24 business hours prior to your appointment time in the eventyou are not able to attend the appointment. This is required because ifwe have 24 business hours advanced notice, we are able to provideappointments to other patients in need.• For every missed appointment, you will be charged a $25 fee, which will not be covered by your Insurance companies, and thesame cannot be billed.• After the third missed appointment in succession within a 12
month time period, we would prefer to ask you to find anotherpaediatric clinic, as we will not be able to accommodate yourscheduling needs., and this causes problems with our planning forour other customers.
We do recognize that there are circumstances when a 24 hournotice isn’t possible. However we shall critically evaluatethese instances on an individual basis.We offer NEW MOM appointments to carrying ladies to answer anyquestions or concerns prior to delivery.You may kindly contact our billing department for any questions orqueries related to your account.In the event your child is in for a well-child visit and another medicalproblem has to be addressed that requires a referral to a specialist, or achange in medicine alongwith a diagnosis and prescription, etc., thenthe appropriate sick visit along with the well child visit will be billedto your insurance.Developmental screenings may be conducted at certain well visits.The questionnaire can be completed in the office.
