1. Wireless module crash

When a wireless module crashes, we can do the following things.

1) Check the power supply to make sure that the power load current does not exceed the transmit current on the module specification, and confirm whether the power supply type is correct.

2) Check whether there are other wireless network devices in the management work life environment that cause interference to the wireless module.

2. The distance between wireless modules is getting shorter and shorter

If the communication distance of the wireless module becomes shorter after a period of normal use, it is usually caused by the damage of the hardware circuit. At this time, the module needs to be sent back for repair.

3. wireless module can't transmit or communicate

When the wireless module can not transmit signal or communication,smart module we can take the following steps.

1) Check whether the hardware wiring of the management module can be normal.

2) Read the register value through SPI interface, if you can read the register value, it means the wiring is correct, otherwise it may be a wiring problem.

3)Check the power supply to make sure that the operating voltage is reached (can be determined by reducing the power).

Does it support frequency hopping?

Our wireless module does not support automatic frequency hopping by the chip, you need to set the frequency by microcontroller to realize the frequency hopping function.

5. Why the program which can work normally on other manufacturer's wireless network module can't work through normal development on our maintenance module?

Different wireless module manufacturers may use different antennas and crystal oscillators, so the programs may not match.

6. Can our wireless modules communicate with wireless modules from other manufacturers?

Due to the different actual working frequency of enterprises, our wireless module can not be with other manufacturers' wireless module can communicate with information (we need to use spectrum meter to test the actual frequency).

7. Why does the wireless module get hot?

This may be caused by the enterprise due to the antenna switch is not through the control well.

How to make the wireless module go to sleep?

9. How to modify the rate/frequency of a wireless module? Or what is the value of the rate/frequency parameter for a specific wireless module?

Each wireless module has a register manual or configuration software, you can calculate the register value to be modified according to your needs and send the modification command to the wireless module through SPI interface.

10. How do I set the power of the wireless module?

Each wireless module manual has a corresponding power control table, you can refer to the table to set the power of the wireless module.

11. Why can't I receive data when the module is dormant?

When the wireless module is in hibernation state, it will shut down the wireless function and cannot receive data.

12. How to wake up the dormant wireless module?

You can send any command through SPI interface at the same time to wake up the student's dormant wireless network module.

13. How to realize wireless remote wake-up?

Except for the LDC function of the si4463 module, all other front-end wireless modules need to be switched between sleep and receive modes through the timing control module of the microcontroller to realize the remote wake-up function.

XIV. How many bytes of data can a wireless module send at one time?

For FSK series module, it can send 64 bytes of data at one time; for LORA series module, it can send 255 bytes of data at one time; for 2.4G series module, it can send 32 bytes of data at one time.
