Southeast Asian casino operator Donaco International announced that Star Vegas Resort and Club in Puypet, Cambodia, successfully launched Hung Sheng VIP Club on Sunday.
The two sides brought their VIP players to a new exclusive gaming area in casinos and hotels bordering Thailand through a three-year deal between Macau VIP gaming promoters Heng Sheng Group and Donaco International.

"There are 30 new baccarat tables in operation," the Asia-Pacific leisure and entertainment business operator added to the launch event of the Hung Sheng VIP Club on Sunday.
Donaco's $360 million acquisition in July and Heng Sheng Group, which was established in Macau in 2011 and currently operates gaming facilities in the UK, Vietnam and Macau, hope to expand Star Vegas' Thai customer base.
Revenue from the gaming facility, which has up to 50 baccarat tables, is shared by Heng Sheng Group and Donaco, with the latter supplying dealers and Heng Sheng supplying customer service staff. Heng Sheng guarantees a minimum win rate, a turnover rate of THB 3 billion per month and pays all junket fees in exchange for a larger share of earnings.
Union Gaming Securities Asia Ltd. said last month that the deal could lead to an additional $29 million in annual revenue for Star Vegas.
