An Automated Guided Vehicle is also known as an autonomous mobile robot (AMR ), which is a portable robot that follows a particular marked line or wire placed on the floor, it can use radio frequency or waves, visual cameras, Magnets and lasers for navigation. It is used in transporting material around a large warehouse or Industrial building. The AGV is designed in such a way that it can store Raw material or Objects on its bed and transport it from one place to another. AGV is also known as path following robot where the uses of wire, Guide tap, Laser target navigation, Inertia Navigation, Vision Guidance and Geo Guidance path is used as a path to guide the robot.
