Acquire weapons for winning points

Table tennis  or Ping Pong Table is a tough sport, exercised under a high level of stress. Many times you have to play many games per day. Therefore, it is important to be able to earn points simply and quickly.

I have always been able to rely on my serve, often to score points directly. Also, I've worked hard to hit an aggressive third ball after my serve, usually with a forehand.

Take some time to analyze the winning weapons you already own and remember that new weapons can be developed!

Develop a relaxed technique

Table tennis requires a tremendous amount of practice. I always try to play as relaxed as possible. This will increase your chances of playing relaxed even in high stress situations, and at the same time decrease your number of injuries.

Personally, I have managed to avoid long injuries, which is one of the reasons I have been able to stay at the top for so many years.

 Play a long time being young

Advanced table tennis requires dexterity and coordination. Therefore, it is important to learn as much technique as possible before the age of 13. While you are still having fun, practice and competition should be done as often as possible.

Use your imagination continually by testing for new blows, even during matches. Try a new strategy in the middle of a game. Suppose on a 10x10 par, decide the game with a challenge and put your most effective service or a new form of return to the test.

Remember that your career in table tennis is very long. When you have a bad feeling about a lost match, instead try to think about upcoming tournaments and how you can improve.
